A grand feast among rich people who may or may not have some or the other mental disorder could go about as normal as you could expect. The cherry on top is the sudden annoncement of Future Vampire King being the most listless and log character of the family, along with a 'wife' being a wimpy human who is to stund to speak.

Well, almost everyone was to stund to speack. The ones who were the most saltiest were our dear ol' Anim and Ruki. Both very good as lying about their emotions straght to someone's face, only Anim being more funny about it. cooping skills are scary man.

Anim could have sworn that he saw a fried shrimp just fly accross the table and landing on to Subaru's plate.

He also could vaggly remember that Yuma and Kou fighting over some friend shrimp and suddenly Kou; in his motion of standing up, accidentally flips the plate and tumble down the glass of water over, which then rolled off to the edge and then breaking.

Nobody apologize, and no body cared enough for the feast. Everyone just kinda sat and ate and were off, doing their own stuff.

"Man, the Feast was not as interesting as I hoped for" Anim sighed as he wandered around the halls of the castle. The whole gang was staying in for the night, just because it got pretty late.

Anim walked up to a balcony, because castles have that. He rested his arms on the railling and just took in a deep breath, the air seemed fresher then usual, making him a bit relaxed and glad he came out to touch grass-

"Hey, what are you doing up so late?"

"Hmm?"

Anim turned his head, meeting his eyes with Shu's. "Oh, well... Couldn't sleep I guess" Anim turned his head back to the scene.

Anim had realized he like Shu a little more then he original thought, but he wonders if its actually love Or him just being lost in the moment before... When he thought about it clearly, maybe he was lost in the moment.

Shu walked up to the railing too, keeping his hands in the pocket as he too gazed at the scenery. Both just standing in silence.

"So, Vampire King huh? Congrats" Anim spoke up with a chuckle, "can't believe you and Yui would-"

"No"

"Huh?" Anim looked at Shu, "what do you mean 'no'"

"It's just strange that Father would suddenly do something like this... Knowing the kind of a man he is, he has something up his sleeve planed" Shu spoke firmly, he looked at Anim, "you didn't actually believe his words did you?"

"I... I mean... He is the demon king and he made the rules in the first place so-"

"Hm..." Shu hummed, maybe in slight disappointment. He stepped close to Anim, looked down at him as he spoke firmly.

"I don't like her. I am sure it's the same the other way around as well" He said, taking Anim's hand in his and caressing it gently, "I don't care If my fathers words were true or not... But I won't give up because of this. I finally have someone I truly give a danm about and I... I would do anything to not loss it."

Shu said as he started to lean down, closing the distance between him and Anim. His lips just inches away from Shu's.

Anim could feel his body tense up and he shut his eyes close, waiting for the kiss that was about it happen.

But then he felt Shu's lips land on Anim's forehead rather than the original destination.

"You'll get the kiss after this whole mess is settled... My dear Ani~" Shu whispered in Anim's ears as he chuckled, leaning away from him.
