The key started glittering and glowing. It was in the air 2 seconds after that happened. It landed back down on the table as if nothing ever happened, as if it didn't glow or glitter and fly into the air. It was back to normal.

As we stood in front of the portal, a new pop up glowed in front of it, "Congratulations! You have now become the 5th batch to reach the last portal alive." We had come to an end. Everything was going to be over as soon as we unlocked the door inside. I would be back to living the normal, quiet life I used to live, except I would have Eros by my side. I clenched onto Eros's hand while walking in the portal for the last time.
A gust of dry sandy air hit my face as I entered an entirely different place. I squinted my eyes to see better in the sandy air, I walked 2 steps in front of me to get a better view of what's in front of me. Two huge pieces of an irregular shape stood in the sand, I grabbed Eros's hand again and looked at the others. Carl and Diana were walking together and Gizem was close to Diana, before I faced what stood in front of me again I saw Carl grab Diana's hand a little differently than what a friend would. I hid my smile behind my arm as I covered my face while walking up the sandy storm.
As we got closer I realised what was standing in the sand wasn't two huge metal pieces... well it was. But they were two hands up in the air as if they were asking for something, a broken pair of metal handcuffs marked the iron hands. They looked broken and lonely, reminding me a lot about my past self. I was neither broken nor was I lonely anymore, but my past self was.
The sand storm calmed down, when we reached directly in front of the hands, they looked as if they were asking forgiveness from the god itself.
"So what are we supposed to do now?" Asked Carl, who had now left Diana's hand.
"I'm not sure, but I guess, find the gate." I replied.
"Just like that? No monsters, no witches, nothing? Well that's new." Said Gizem.
"Do you all see that?" Said Diana, pointing at one of the 3 gates on both the hands.
"Yeah, can you teleport us all to the right door over there?" Eros requested pointing at a grey gate at the palm of the right hand.
I blinked and the next thing I knew, I was at the palm of this metal hand. We were standing and the surprisingly flimsy steel palm moved beneath our feet as we walked on it. Eros bent down and opened the gate which revealed a glowing gold light rushing out the opened door.
"Come on." He said, before he jumped inside.
I was the second to get inside, I would question Eros about if this is safe or not if he didn't create this game, but that wasn't the case right now. I closed my eyes as I jumped inside the air, hitting the exposed skin of my hands, face and neck before a pair of strong hands caught me.
"Pretty brave, sweetheart. Jumping from that height." He complimented as he placed me down gently on the ground. I looked up, realising From where exactly I jumped. The gate glowed so bright that it was impossible to know how deep the hole actually was.
Carl came next, Diana teleported and Gizem flew down as a tiny green bird. Gizem didn't bother changing back to her normal state, she claimed it felt free. The inside was a complete underground tunnel, it was terrifying, there was no light so Eros had to create the light. We kept walking until there were two ways separating the path we walked on.
"Which side?" Eros asked.
"Let's go right." I suggested.
"Why right?" questioned Carl.
