The smell of smoke filled the Vegas air, although the De Luca's only smelled victory.

Mina tensed as she stared at the explosion before her, realizing that she was the one who caused it.

Though the feeling wasn't guilt.

It was pride.

"I can't believe it. I just killed a child." Mina said in disbelief.

Leonardo sighed as he stood beside Mina and watched the helicopter burn.

"She dug her own grave. You were just defending yourself bella. Now stop worrying. I'll will make sure this all blows under the rug. Let me take you home." Leonardo said gently.

Mina stiffened once more as she felt the cold breeze hit her face.

Mariam and Yusuf would kill her when she got home because it was already midnight.

The police sirens just kept on ringing back and forth, though Mina nor Leonardo didn't even bother to flinch or run.

"Shit. SHIT!" Kenji said sobbing from the window inside.

Kai remained frozen in his spot, while Sora stood beside him in comfort.

Jack felt his breath quicken and Denise wanted to cry.

Gabriella held onto Richie's hand in frustration, while Rebecca wiped the sweat from her forehead.

"She was only seventeen." Kai said holding in his tears.

Mina sighed once more as the entire atmosphere changed within minutes.

One moment they were all enemies and the next, they were all working together as a team.

"That's unfortunate. But at least we won. Kaya Asahi is no more." Mina said smirking.

Only three weeks left until December 13th.

But what day was December 13th?

"OH MY GAWD. Three weeks until wedding! I can't wait to wear the custom sari I bought! It's absolutely beautiful and I'm sure I'll outshine you Mina!" Gabriella said happily.

Mina playfully rolled her eyes and felt Gabriella pinch her cheeks.

"Yeah right, as if you can outshine the bride!" Mina said smiling.

"I don't give a shit about "the bride!" If she doesn't look good enough for her own wedding than it isn't my fault that I look betta!" Gabriella exclaimed.

Mina giggled at Gabriella words.

She was such good company.

"Ugh, I can't do this anymore. I'm about to give up!" Aurora panted as she rubbed her giant swollen belly.

"Oh honey, the bad stuff hasn't even happened yet! In the next few hours you'll be screamin, cryin, and rolling for help!" Gabriella said sighing.

Aurora groaned and put her head back in exhaustion.

Her water broke five hours ago yet Emiliano was still no where to be seen.

"Oh Auntie Aurora, you poor thing. Every time mommy feels pain she punches daddy so hard that his hair spikes up even more! But don't worry, I'll make sure to give Uncle Liano a "you're too late bitch" punch just in case!" Jace said smiling.
