Roses.

Roses filled the air with their scent and their appearance.

Mina's breath quickened as she sat in the hotel room with Fatima, Aurora, Mariam, and Gabriella by her side.

They had a phone beside them and were listening to the entire nikkah ceremony happening downstairs.

"Oh my gawd, this is such a sweet way to get married! I love how your daddy gives you up in such an emotional way! These vows are so much more meaningful than the normal ones!" Gabriella gushed.

"I know Gabriella. I felt the same way on my wedding day! In fact-" Mariam said before the sound of patting and congratulations were heard from the phone.

Mina froze.

"OH MY GAWD! YOU'RE MARRIED MINA!" Gabriella said happily.

"WHOO!" Fatima shouted.

"CONGRATULATIONS MINA!" Aurora exclaimed.

Mina felt Mariam's arms wrap around her heavily accessorized body.

"YOU'RE MARRIED MAMA! OH THANK YOU ALLAH!" Mariam cried.

The feeling Mina felt was truly like no other.

Though she was distracted by Gabriella and Mariam and didn't even hear her the rest of her nikkah, Mina still felt extremely emotional.

After all this time, Leonardo was finally truly hers.

"Hurry up Mina! You have to change into your white dress! The walima is only in two hours!" Fatima said pulling out a ball gown.

"Oh my gawd Fatima! Your belly is so big now! Do you know the gender yet?" Gabriella asked curiously.

"Your belly hangs low just like mine did when I was pregnant! I'm sure you're having a boy!" Aurora said smiling.

As Gabriella, Aurora and Fatima spoke, Mariam gently brushed Mina's hair in tears.

She couldn't believe her daughter was married.

"Oh Amina, I've prayed and prayed for you to finally be happy, but I didn't know it'd be so soon! I pray that Allah blesses you and Leonardo with a loving marriage and many children! I love you Amina." Mariam said tearfully.

Mina teared up as her mom spoke and brushed her hair.

She couldn't believe her mom was actually showing affection.

"I love you too mama. So very much." Mina said softly.

Mariam sighed and hugged Mina tight as Yusuf and Imran happily rushed into the room.

"YOU'RE MARRIED NOW MINA!" Imran exclaimed.

Mina giggled and nodded in agreement as Imran hugged her extremely tight.

Both Mariam and Yusuf were incredibly happy by all the good news and blessing God bestowed onto their family.

Mina got married and Imran was welcoming a son into the world.

Everything was actually going well for once.

"Oh Amina! I finally got to give my daughter away to an amazing man. You don't know how much I wanted to do that mama." Yusuf said tearing up.

Mina sighed and hugged Yusuf as well.

She couldn't afford to cry anymore.

Way too many tears had already been shed today.

Soon enough, everyone left the room to go welcome and thank the guests for coming except Mina and Gabriella.

As soon as the door closed, both Mina and Gabriella smirked at one another.
