Chapter 17

I woke up at around 4:15 am. I looked over at my phone and saw text from my friends.

Felicia Philmore:
"Hey, Rose where are you!?" (4:10 pm)

Kaytie Gilwash:
"Hey Rose, I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for running away this morning that was ridiculous, anyway call or text when you get this," (5:30 pm)

Nathan Wonder:
"Listen Rose, I don't know if your mad at and I hope you aren't. I just need you to talk to me Tyler is talking my ear off about your friend Felicia, and I'm like I don't know these things! Please I need someone to talk to, please don't shut me out!"

I wasn't mad at Nathan I didn't want to leave him in the dark. But Ben said that I needed to have him out of my life, but since when have I EVER listened to Ben?! Wait, did Nathan say Tyler is talking about Felicia? HECK NO! Tyler better stay away from Felicia or he will get kicked where the sun don't shine!

Ben Walker:
"Please follow my advice Rose, don't be reckless! Please, you need to stay away from Nathan and Tyler!"

I didn't want to look at the last one but I forced myself to open it up and look at what he had to say.

Tyler Wonder:
"So Nathan gave me your phone number, anyway, You need to stay away from that Ben kid. He is trying to turn you against me and Nathan, but you need to watch your back!

P.S. Don't ever trust an Angel!

I looked at what Tyler said last, 'Don't ever trust and Angel,' and ran it through my head over and over again. Shouldn't it be the other way around? I decided to put it into my 'think about later' drawer in my brain. I texted Kaytie and Felicia back first about what had happened with Ben, Nathan, and Tyler (besides the fact that Ben is an angel and Tyler and Nathan being vampires). I didn't text Ben back, I didn't want to ever talk to him again, or Tyler for that matter!

I looked at what Nathan wrote again. He seems to be pretty bored with out me with him. And he seems to be all over the place. I texted him back last

"I'm not mad at you. I'm just VERY confused, I need to talk to you, but I need to talk to you face to face. So can you meet me at the park in 10 minutes?" (8:35)

I texted to Nathan. I waited and waited for him to text me back. It felt like an eternity had passed before he texted back. I opened my phone up quick to see his response.

"Sure, can't wait to see your beautiful face," (8:50)

I had to laugh out loud for that cheesy line. I got dressed and made my way to the park. Very nervous for the conversation about to go down between me and Nathan.
