Medicine, a remedy so divine.
Healing hearts and bodies, intertwine.
Doctors and nurses, a caring brigade,
With knowledge and compassion, they never fade.
Grateful for their touch, our debts we've paidAmory really needs to get her own place. She discovered that last night when she could hear the couple in the room next to her. She's been trying to live alone since the start of Med School. Wanting to be away from her parents. But now, with her long shifts at the hospital, she really needed her sleep. However, the couple in the room next to the girl thought, not tonight. Which resulted in the blonde waking up to another long shift already filing tired. And she is not the nicest person when she doesn't get her sleep when she knows she could've slept really well.
So, she tries to stay positive but she knows today was not one of those days.

As Amory approached my friends, she heard Izzie and George asking to move in with Meredith.
"You're looking for roommates? I really need to move out of my hotel so I'll happily be your roommate. What do you think, Mer?" Amory asked, hoping she'd have a place to live that is not a hotel room.
"You can move in." The blonde answered with an emphasis on you, earning looks from the other two who were previously asking to move in with her. "What? Amory's the least annoying out of all of us, plus, she knows when to mind her own business. She'd make a great roommate."
Amory smiled and shrugged at her friends, as they approached their resident, who distributed tasks for the day. Meredith and Amory are in charge of the trauma pager today.
As Bailey goes to leave, Meredith takes her shot. "Dr. Bailet, I was hoping to assist you in the OR today and maybe do a minor procedure. I think I'm ready. Mocha latte?" She offered innocently.
As all the other interns swarmed her with the same requests, Amory stood back. By now, they should all know that their resident wasn't particularly tolerant with over eager interns.
"Stop talking. Every intern wants to perform their first surgery. That's not your job. Do you know what it is? To make your resident happy. Do I look happy? No. Why? Because my interns are whiny. You know what will make me happy? If you could all stay calm and do what you're told like Madden." She looked at the girl with a look of appreciation and took Meredith's latte. "No one holds a scalpel till I'm so happy, I'm Mary freaking Poppins."
She kept going up the stairs and stopped once more halfway to look at the interns. "Why are you all standing there? Move!" We all scattered in a slight panic, on our way to do what she ordered us to do.

As the trauma pager goes off, Meredith and Amory rush to the ER.
"Are you surgeons?" A nurse asked to which the girls both nodded their heads. "We've got a rape victim, better get in there?" Amory's breath got caught in her throat. She knew this would happen eventually, but she didn't think it would be this soon. It was still too raw to not let it go in her head.
