From a whisper to a scream, emotions ignite,
A journey of intensity, passion taking flight.
In hushed tones, secrets shared, hearts aflame,
Then louder bolder, emotions proclaim.
From the gentle whispers to roaring screams, love's game.

Walking out of the locker room, Amory's pager went off as well as a few others behind her. She thought that it must have been a big trauma case and immediately sped walked to the ER, wasting no time tying her hair up while her legs guided her to her destination.

"What happened?" Alex queried as he tied his trauma gown behind his neck.

"Driver lost control of his car, plowed through the fish market at the wharf." Bailey notified. "At least a dozen injuries. I need all hands on deck.

"All hands?" Izzie asked, hoping she might get to do something that day. "Does that mean 'all hands' or just... all hands?"

"Oh, Stevens, uh... you shouldn't have been paged." Bailey said, a bit guilty that she got Izzie's hopes up. "You can go and take over on Mr. O'Malley. He's having surgery today with Dr. Burke."

"That's my case. I'm with Burke." Cristina immediately butted in.

"You have traumas rolling in," Bailey said, a bit confused as to why Cristina would turn down the opportunity to have a cool surgery from the ER. "She can take over for you." She then turned to Izzie. "Stevens, you will not scrub in, you will not handle any instruments. You will not move or talk or do anything other than breathe and watch."

"Candy stripping again, no problem," Izzie said, even though she, in fact, did have a problem with it.

The ER was a mess. Patients were getting wheeled in from the ambulance bay, the gurneys filling the ER. People were covered in blood, getting bandages applied, and moaning in pain while the doctors and nurses worked together to help them.

Bailey started shouting orders to her interns, who nodded and immediately scattered away in different directions. "Madden, get me a stretcher now!" Amory's head snapped toward the source of the sound, where a girl covered in glass shards and blood had just collapsed into Addison's arms.

Amory and Alex sat opposite each other while they removed small pieces of glass from the side of the girl's legs. She held the tweezers in her hand and carefully pulled out the pieces of glass, discarding them onto the gauze in her other hand. Alex was currently complaining about his side of the patient.

"Awesome cuts," Alex commented.

"I flew through a window." The girl huffed. "I flew."

"Pretty sure you didn't actually fly." Amory quietly said.

"Karev, Madden," Addison warned, giving them both a look.

"Stop manhandling my interns. That's my job." Mark stated as he walked over to them, snapping on a pair of gloves. "One who's sucking up to me for surgeries, and the other who likes to rile people up. This will be fun." Amory shot him a glare.
