Damage case, a tale of scars and pain,
But through it all, strength will remain.
With resilience as our shield, we'll rise above,
Turning damage into triumph, with a heart full of love."What did you say to him?" Izzie asked. All three of the women were in the bathroom and Meredith was telling them about what happened with Finn last night.
"Nothing. I fled the scene." Meredith shrugged.
Amory frowned her brows. "You didn't tell him about Derek?"
"Or George?" Izzie added, making Amory glare at her. George was just a kiss there's nothing to tell. Derek on the other hand. Meredith loved Derek.
"No." Meredith simply answered.
"Oh God, you like him," Amory said enthusiastically.
A small smile made its way to Meredith's face. "I could like him."
"I the sex any good?" Izzie asked. Of course, that's what Izzie wants to know, making Amory roll her eyes.
"I don't know."
"Four dates and two sleepovers at his place and no sex?" Izzie raised her brows in surprise.
"Not even a good night kiss."
Amory wrapped an arm around Meredith's shoulder. "I feel like a proud mom now."
"Shut up."
The door of the bathroom opens and the three turn to look at Callie who's walking into the bathroom in only her underwear. Amory, Meredith, and Izzie share a look, trying not to laugh out loud while she's in the bathroom. When she is done she walks back out of the bathroom and all three women let out a laugh.
"Oh, my God. Did that just happen?" Meredith asked through her laughter.
"I'm having a seizure. I am clearly mid-seizure. I'm seizing." Izzie said, being a bit dramatic.
Amory lowered her voice to whisper so only the three women could hear in case Callie was still in the hallway. "Have you noticed? She didn't even wash her hands."
~~~~~~
Amory tied the string to her trauma gown as she exited the ER and walked into the ambulance bay. She saw Meredith and Cristina leaning against the call, lazily waiting for the incoming patients while Alex was standing away from them.
"You look mad," Amory whispered as she walked up to Alex and put on surgical gloves.
He gave her a brief glance before denying it. "I'm not."
"Girl problems?"
Alex rolled his eyes. "Shut up."
"Ooh," Amory smirked. "Definitely girl problems."
