Super Mario oneshots (Request open)

Waluigi on top (Luigi & Waluigi)

(Waluigi is feeling a little down because he doesn't get as much recognition as everybody else but maybe, with the help of luigi, he can find recognition )

It was the seasonal sports day after party. Mario had won again, obviously, and everybody was partying and having fun or, well, all but one. A tall, lanky man with a purple hat and black overall was leaning at the corner of the room with a drink in his hand.

He watched the party guests as he stood there alone. It wasn't often that Wario and Waluigi went to the after party, they were to petty at the end of the games to have fun. However Mona and the rest of Wario's friends were invited to this Season's game and persuaded Wario and Waluigi to come despite their bitterness.

Waluigi didn't know why he came, he knew he wasn't going to talk to anybody there. He looked over to Wario who was chatting with Mona. Wario's friends were chatting and dancing amongst themselves, Mario and Peach were "dancing" (if you could call it that), Luigi was playing an intense game of checkers with Yoshi, and the rest of the girls were laughing about an old memory they had remembered.

Watching everybody having a good time made him realize why he was feeling so miserable. He felt so miserable because he was lonely. The only person he was friends with was Wario, nobody else liked him. It had always been that way.

Waluigi looked back into his still pretty full cup. "Stupid party..." he mumbled. He decided to go outside and hopefully clear his mind from all the terrible thoughts floating in his head

"WHAT!? How did I lose!?"

"Yoshi!"

"Alright Yoshi, good game. I didn't think I would be bested by a dinosaur but here we are" Luigi grabbed the empty checkers box. "Alright give the peices you have so I can put them back"

"..."

"Yoshi give me the pieces"

Yoshi looked away.

Luigi gave him an annoyed stare "You ate all my pieces to win, didn't you."

"Yo...shi?" Yoshi gave an awkward smile.

Luigi sighed and got up from his chair "Here" he threw the checkers box on the table "You deal with that, I'm going outside"

Yoshi looked at the box and the checkers set and ate the whole thing in one flick of his tongue.

"Mm"

Luigi put on his sweater and went out to Peach's garden. He had to admit, Peach's gardeners were amazing at their job. Nice juicy apples, long yellow corn, and big plump pumpkins filled the garden. The cool autumn night breeze was nice and the fact that it was starting to get dark really set a peaceful mood for the place. He sat on a bench and breathed in and slowly drifted asleep to the peaceful silence.

"WAHH!"

Luigi jolted back up. What was that noise. "H-hello" he stood up and went to the source of the noise. It better not be another ghost.

Luigi crept up the corner, turned to the source of the noise, and...

"Waluigi?" Luigi questioned. He quickly went by his side to help him up. "What are you doing?"

"I was walking in the garden and then I feel, obviously" Waluigi rolled his eyes.

"No I mean what are you doing out here, shouldn't you be inside?"

Waluigi shrugged "I just wanted to". Waluigi sat at a nearby bench. Luigi didn't really believe him but he didn't want to push it so instead he sat down with Waluigi.
