¤ (Y/n)'s Point Of View ¤

It was me who made the first move, lunging foward with a deadly look in my eyes. Yuuji was down there fighting Mahito with Junpei- a fight that I wasn't sure was going to go so well when even Nanami had trouble with the likes of Mahito. I needed to hurry back to help Yuuji, but I didn't see how that was possible when I wasn't commited to properly ending this fight.

The fight had just started and I found that I was already holding back. I didn't want to kill Geto, so that made this battle a little hard when that seemed like my only option. My crimson ebullition technique doesn't seem to work on Geto. The man seemed to be somehow not bothered in the slightest by the pain. I continued with physical combat against him as I tried to think of a plan, throwing punches and kicks that he deflected with ease.

"Oh! I see you've improved on your hand to hand combat. Is your sensei still Nanami?" Geto asked casually, as if I hadn't just sent my fist flying to his face. He ducked and spun, dodging the attack with grace as his hair flowed in the wind.
"Gojo now actually." I corrected, watching his reaction carefully. Back before his death, Gojo was a sore subject for him. Geto still asked about him and if he was doing well, but it seemed to hurt to talk about Gojo beyond checking up on him.

I watched at Geto's lips parted to say something, but then opted to stay silent as he dodged another of my attacks. Maybe I was wrong. Maybe a part of Geto was still in there, infused with this new soul. Why else would he react like that? Geto hadn't thrown his own attacks yet, simply allowing himself to stay on defense. I knew that was because he only planned on wasting my time, so that I wouldn't go down and help Yuuji. If I tried to warp away, he'd follow me and warp me back up here. Too many variables.

"Cursed spirit manipulation technique : Twin Beetles." Geto suddenly said outloud. I was distracted, I didn't even realise that he was speaking untill two curses crawled from his back. They looked like multilated beetles, three eyes on their head and plants growing out of their backs. This man was not Geto, yet he could use his cursed techniques as if they werw his own. How was that even possible?

"I see you've gained Geto's powers as well as his body." I told him, making him grin pridefully as he held up his arms.
"Convenient, right?" He replied cockily, before smirking as he gave his signal to the curses. They charged at me with full conviction, barreling their way towards me with a mist over their eyes. What was he thinking sending curses after me? Surely he new that wouldn't work.

My eyes flashed red as I stared at the curses that were getting ever so close. They made eye-contact at yet still came at me with full force. Did the not recognise me? My brows furrowed as I held my hand up in a stop motion.
"Stand down." I commanded using jujutsu, an order that would have forced any other curse to stop in their tracks. But not these curses, my words flew by them as if they had never heard it at all.

My eyes went wide as they attacked me, their antennae slicing into the back of my arms. I froze still in shock, staring at the wounds and then down to the curses that waited beside me for the order to attack again. That has never happened to me before- any curse would have listened, especially when I used my jujutsu. I looked back up at Geto for answers, seeing that he looked more than just amused.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Did I not mention anything before? When cursed spirits are under my control, they cannot recognise you as a (L/n)." Geto smirked deviously, a glint in his eyes that showed me how much he was enjoying me shock. I had never fought Geto with him using his jujutsu before, not even when he trained me. My jaw clenched as I glared at Geto. That's when the curses were ordered to continue attacking me, forcing me to dodge and weave in order to not get hit again.
