When we got to the drink table I noticed how much the world was spinning and started to agree with the girls. I decided this really would be my last drink. That was until I was dared to get up on the drink table and pour out people's drinks.
I climbed up and everyone around me cheered, throwing their cups in the air as I poured alcohol into them, occasionally sipping my own drink.
"Y/N, let me get you a different drink!" One of the boys shouted, handing me his cup to take.
"I really shouldn't, I'm already sloshed." I yelled back.
"Just one more drink!" He insisted. It didn't feel right but the people around me started urging me to take it.
"Fine, fine! Just one more!" I winked, finally taking the cup and drinking some of it. Everyone cheered. It tasted amazing, very sweet. "Hey, what is this?" I asked, looking for the boy who gave it to me, but couldn't find him. I shrugged and continued dancing on the table, drinking more of the mystery drink.
The world started to spin after a while and I knew I needed to sit for a bit so I took a seat on the table, swinging my legs off and talking to some random people for a while. I had no idea where any of my friends were or even how long I'd been away from them.
"Hey!" I yelled at the boy who gave me the drink as he approached me.
"How're you feeling?" He asked, drinking from his own cup.
"Gooooooood, thanks again!" We talked for a while until I heard yelling.
"Y/N?!" I heard someone shouting loudly over the music and people talking. "Y/N!" They seemed frantic. More people joined in and I could recognize Poppy's voice.
"Ooh, Poppy!" I yelled, hopping off the table and stumbling towards her voice.
"Hey, where are you going?" The boy asked, grabbing my wrist.
"To my friend?" I rolled my eyes and tried to shake him off, but he pulled me into him.
"She'll find you later, let's dance." His grip tightened.
"Yeah, alright." I shrugged. He smiled and let go and I took the opportunity to run into the crowd.
"Hey!" He yelled after me.
"Y/N!" Poppy screamed again.
I ran towards her voice, not watching where I was going.
"Y/-" I bumped into someone tall and fell down, now sitting on the floor unable to control my giggles. "Merlin, Y/N." The boy bent down and I realized it was Sebastian.
"Oh, Sebastian! Where's Poppy?" I hiccuped. He put his hand on my cheek and stroked it softly, looking into my eyes as if searching for something. I hadn't been that close to him in months and I was just now realizing how truly handsome he had become. "You are sooooooo hot." I blurted out.
"Oh, well. Thank you." He blushed, slightly looking away for a second before turning back to me. "We need to get you out of here," he picked me up like a baby and I definitely fought like one.
"Hey! No! The party's that way, silly!" I playfully hit his chest.
He rolled his eyes before setting me down on a chair in the corner. "I need you to listen to me."
"Oh I'd listen to you all day if I could," I smiled, wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Y/N, seriously." He huffed, pushing me back slightly so he could study my face.
"Do you think I'm pretty or something? What're you doing?" I asked, going to take another sip from my drink.
"Yes, you're very pretty. Now let me see you." He took my cup from me.
