"You alright?" Scott asked Pearl. She seemed nervous.

"I'm trying to get into his head," she said. "He isn't letting me."

"His afraid must be strange for him hearing your voice," he said.

"I want to go to him," she said. "I don't want him coming to the house. I want to see him first before anything else. Don't want anyone around."

"Alright, I'll tell Kristy," Scott said. "But are you sure?" She nodded. "Okay."

Scott ended up calling Kristy, telling her the plan was cancel. That Pearl will go to Jace. The drive there wasn't long. Throughout the whole ride, Pearl has been trying to contact Jace. But seem Jace has been blocking her. Blocking everyone who attempts to get into his head. Even him. But Pearl isn't given up. She kept on trying to unblock his mind. She succeeded for a brief moment, Jace quickly blocked her.

"He's stubborn," Pearl sighed. "Why doesn't he let me in."

"He thinks your death," Scott said. "When he was leaving. Jim tried to tell him your where alive. But he didn't want to hear it. Nor from me. From no one."

"Poor his suffering," she sighed. "I hope he doesn't freak out."

"He'll be more than freaked out," Scott said. "He'll probably shift in the processes."

"I can handle it," she said. "I'm tough. I made it through the coma. I got shot six times and stabbed. If I made it through that, I could make it through Jace."

"Right," he sighed. "I tried bringing you back. I know you died. I felt your heart stopped, your body go cold and limp." He looked at her. "You died."

"I know," she said. "I saw my mother." Pearl smiled. "I was happy when I saw her. I wanted to stay with her forever. But she told me I couldn't it wasn't my time. Though I didn't want to leave, I missed her so much. She wanted me to go back. Told me I was needed here. So I came back, and just on time too. The doctor was about to do an autopsy on me." She chucked. "The doctor was shocked when I open my eyes, but I wasn't completely there Sal had left me. Well not left me, her spirit just flew out my body." She frowned. "But she never left this world. Anyways, later on, I was in a coma for a year. I woke up not remembering anything." Looking out the car window, she smiled. "My father told me everything, but I couldn't remember. Until that moment when Sal went back into my body. Then I knew all."

"Really?" Scott chuckled. "So you didn't know me when we met?"

"No," she said. "It was like Sal had taken all my memories. Like all my memories left with her."

"Well yeah, when someone dies," Scott said. "Well when us wolf dies, our human side dies. But not our wolf. Our wolf lives as spirits and awaits their next partner. But they keep our memories."

"So they remember their past lives?" She asked.

"Yes," he smiled. "All wolf's come from the normal size wolf's living among humans. And once that wolf dies, their spirit is chosen to be with a human."

"I see, it's amazing," she smiled. "How do you know all this?"

"My wolf told me," Scott said. "He tells me everything."

"Oh," she sighed.

When they finally arrived Pearl couldn't go over to Jace. They had to explain to everyone what had happened. They were all shocked.

"Oh, I'm so glad you're alright," Eleanor said. "You any idea how sad I was."

"I'm sorry I worry everyone," Pearl said. "But I'm here now; it's what matters."
