I wake up in my dorm. It takes me a while to remember when I got here and what happened last night. The last thing I remember is Larissa, telling me to...

I immediately blush in embarassment as I remember that. Did she really say that? Did she really tell me that no one else can see me in that nightgown but her? Could it be? Or do I just have poor memory? Why would she care about who sees me in what clothing? And the instagram thing? Why did she seem so angry when she saw my posts and comments?

I roll my eyes at the thoughts. It's annoying that my principal takes such interest in what I do. It is none of her business. Gladly, only one detention left and then I won't have to put up with her anymore.

I get up and get ready for my first class. Math. I hate math.

Soon, me and Yoko leave our dorm, getting some breakfast from the cafeteria before our hour-long-torture session that is called math for some reason.

The day goes pretty fast by, being bored in class as always, maybe chatting with Yoko. Now that I think about it, I really like Yoko. I've grown a soft spot for her and she is maybe the best friend I have here. We always have so much fun.

The bell rings after our last lesson, botany, and I get up quickly, ready to leave.

"Excuse me, Ms L/N, could you stay behind?" The cheery voice of my botany teacher, Ms Thornhill, calls for me.

"See you later." I say to Yoko and she nods.

"Ms Thornhill, what did you want to talk to me about?" I ask once everyone has left.

"Are you okay, Y/N?" She asks, deep worry and concern in her eyes. She puts her hands on both my shoulders, looking me straight in the eyes.

"Yes, everything is quite alright, Ms Thornhill? Why do you ask this?"

"You haven't been quite focusing in my class. I know that you're a very good student Y/N, so I want us to have extra lessons, just the two of us, a few times a week. And because you came here a bit later than the others, you have already missed some things that were taught."

"Oh, I'm so sorry, Ms Thornhill. Thank you for the opportunity to make my grades better, I appreciate it. I will see you at the festival?"

"Do not apologize, darling. And you're welcome, see you at the festival!" She smiles brightly at me and I smile back. And just as I think I'm about to leave, she pulls me in for a hug. I hug her back, her warmth helping a bit with how cold I've been today.

"Ahem" Someone is at the door. We pull away from the surprisingly long hug, looking to where the sound came from. It's Ms Weems.

"I have something to discuss with you, Marilyn."

"Yes, of course, come in." Ms Thornhill says in a slightly annoyed tone. I grab my back and make my way out of the classroom, but before I'm out the door, I feel a tight grip on my arm. I look up at my principal, and she says "Don't forget, Ms L/N. 4pm."

I nod and rapidly walk out. That is when I get a text from a groupchat where me, Lacey and Maddy are in.

L: Heyy girls, you're both coming to the harvest festival tmrw right?
M: Yeah
Y: Of course
L: Perfect. I've got a good idea.
Y: Do I even wanna know?
M: What is it?
L: So I got some weed from this dude for the three of us. 2g is enough?
Y: That's awesome, and yeah, that's a LOT for the three of us
M: Yeah, but we'll just save the rest for later
L: So, we'll see each other tmrw, what time?
M: 4pm, my place? We can get ready together! Then we can go to the festival at 7 when it starts.
Y: Sounds good.
L: See ya then
M: See ya!
