A week later, we're waiting at the airport for the announcement of our flight. We didn't argue after that night, and in the morning we talked things through and made up. And now everything's okay again, if not even better.

We agreed that Larissa would be less monitoring of me as long as I would keep my promise to actually inform her whenever I'm going anywhere. And the system has so far worked really well.

As for the stalker, not a word. Nothing. No notes or pictures or text messages. Radio silence. And that has confused us both. But it's been a good, peaceful week. No one has disturbed me. Maybe this is what it would feel like to live a normal life, without a fear. And with Rissa. And the thought of that gets a big, lovesick grin on my face. I just love her so much.

I rest my head on her shoulder and close my eyes for a second, inhaling the scent of her sweet perfume to ground myself from the slightly anxious state I've been in the whole day.

I've never been on a flight and I'm meeting my girlfriend's parents and basically the whole family for the first time. And that's all in one day. Honestly, if Rissa wasn't here by my side, assuring me that everything will be okay and she'll be right here by my side, I probably wouldn't be able to do this.

She wraps her arm around my shoulder protectively, ducking slightly to kiss my forehead. I smile faintly at her as I go in for a kiss, and she hums in content as our lips meet.

"All passengers on British Airways from Burlington to London, please arrive at the gate. The plane will begin boarding in 10 minutes."

Larissa pats my thigh gently, "That's our flight, darling. Let's go," I smile in content as I hear her soft whispers, dedicated only for me.

And soon before we even know it, we're on the plane. Larissa has our tickets and I'm just following her around like a long lost puppy.

"Let's see... Aha, right this way to the front," She mutters to herself as she's leading us, holding my hand to not lose me. And I find it so endearing that I might just cry. I love how protective and wise and beautiful and unreal she is.

And for some reason I've trusted Larissa so much to not even spare a glance at our plane tickets. So when we arrive to the first class, I immediately frown in confusion.

"Uh- Rissa?" I ask carefully.

She turns around with furrowed brows, "Yes, dear?"

I look around us and secretly admire the first class, but quickly advert my gaze onto something a thousand times more admirable.

"Why are we here? I thought economy's that way?" I ask, the confusion being evident on my features.

She smirks amusedly and just put her hand on my lower back, pushing me further into first class. "Oh, darling. You and I don't travel in economy, alright?" She says with a low tone as she begins walking again, pushing me forward.

My eyes widen as I turn around to look at her, "Larissa I haven't ever even been in an airplane before and you're giving me this?!?" I whisper-shout, looking around us to make sure no one's listening.

She just chuckles lowly as we come to a halt at probably the best seats in the entire plane, with a beautiful window view. We have those cute booth things, she has the booth behind me.

"Obviously, darling. My girl deserves the best treatment in the world, and I will always make sure it is my first priority." She says softly, eyes full of love, but still very confidently.

I blush crazily and at this point, don't even care at all if there's a few people around as I lunge forwards and crash my lips onto hers.

She lets out a surprised yelp but soon wraps her hands around my body, bending me down and holding me up with one of her strong arms as the other comes to hold my jaw. As if she's giving a show to everyone, as if she's wanting to cherish this moment where we can finally express our love in public. And it feels so right, I smile into her mouth as our tongues keep fighting for dominance.
