No One Pov

"Come on ladies! Let's rehearse this one last time before Doechii gets here for the dress rehearsal." Lydia says to the Brooklyn Nets dancers as they all get in their beginning poses for the dance performance.

It is not what you think! Lydia did not switch teams but Doechii's team wanted her to choreograph Doechii's Nets halftime performance. And of course, it is the same game that the Warriors will be playing.

"It's looking really good!" Isabella, the head dance coach of the Brooklyn Nets says Lydia as she hands her the microphone. "Thank you!" Lydia says smiling at her and walking over to the dancers.

"Remember, keep the movement sharps, and do not lose your energy at the end." Lydia reminds the dancers as they all get into the beginning poses. Lydia gives Isabella a nod and she starts the music. Lydia and the dancers start to move to the beginning and hit all the beats of the music.

"What it is, ho? What's up? Every good girl needs a little thug," Lydia lipsyncs to the lyrics as she dances to the movements that she choreographed for Doechii.

"Every block boy needs a little love. If he put it down, I'ma pick it up, up, up," The song blares through the speakers, and all the dancers in sync move to the music, accepting all the corrections that Lydia made early.

"What's this song called?" Steph asked curiously dancing to the beat of the music as they headed into the Nets arena for pre-game practice.

"Laura played this in the car but I forgot," Klay said as he walked onto the court to see the Nets dancers rehearsing.

"This beat goes hard," Gary said dancing to the music next to Jordan who had a basketball in his hand. "Someone shazaam this shit," Steph adds and the team laughs walking along the sidelines and stopping once he sees a familiar person.

"I don't care if you run the streets, Long as you're comin' home to me," Lydia lip-syncs while keeping up with the movement she choreographed.

"Oh shit," Klay mumbles watching as Jordan stops and watches Lydia dancing with the Brooklyn Nets dancer. The dance coaches on the sidelines had been hyping up Lydia and the dancers as they were hitting every beat and keeping their movements sharp.

"What it is, ho? What's up? Every good girl needs a little thug. Every block boy needs a little love
If he put it down, I'ma pick it up, up, up," Lydia slowly whines her hips down the floor and starts to freestyle. The chorus starts again and she joins back with the dancers before getting to the end which was a freestyle as well. The music ended and everyone clapped, even the guys.

"Very good job ladies!" Lydia says catching her breath and handing the emic back to Isabella. "Amazing girls! We need that same energy tonight!" Isabella adds and Lydia smiles.

"Mommy! Mommy!" Aria yells running down the stadium steps to the court to her mom. "No running! God damn, she needs to be on a track team." Rome says watching Aria run to her mom.

"You did so good Mommy!" Aria says as Lydia lifts her up. "Thank you, baby!" Lydia smiles kissing her daughter's cheek before letting her down on the ground.

"Okay Miss Stinky sweaty ass." Rome jokes handing Lydia a cold water bottle. "Don't start with me," Lydia says smiling and taking the water bottle from him as he gives her a high-five.

"Thanks for picking her up from preschool. I really appreciate it." Lydia says sitting down on the sidelines and watching as a few basketball players had been walking onto he court. Warrior players, she thought to herself. Her eyes scan the court and she sees a lot of familiar faces.
