"Mommy, can we name him Coco?" Aria asked as she played with the new puppy that Lydia got. The same day Jordan left for his road games. Petty betty.
"Oh I like that name baby," Lydia says while placing wee-wee pads down on the hardwood floor.
"She got a puppy!" Laura says walking down the steps and the living room where the girls were. "No fucking way!" Ayesha says over the phone. "Let me see."
Laura flips the camera and shows the brown Cavapoo puppy resting comfortably in his plush bed while Aria had been caressing his soft fur.
"Lydia!" Ayesha says over the phone.
"Yes, Esha?" Lydia says looking up and over at Laura who had a smirk on her face. "Is Jordan a dog guy? I swore that man had a love for cats." Ayesha says stifling out a laugh.
"He is but I really don't care," Lydia says letting out a small laugh. "Lydia that is so wrong!" Laura says while laughing.
"He'll be fine. Aria and I are lonely here and need another friend while we are home." Lydia explains watching as her five-year-old had been obsessed with Coco.
"When did you even find time to buy a puppy?" Ayesha asked. "When she has her mind set on it, she is going to do it," Laura says while walking over to the couch and sitting down. Coco watches Laura before moving from his bed and to Laura's feet.
"He is so cute!" Laura says flipping the camera and showing Ayesha. She picks up Coco and places him on her lap. Coco cuddled into her before resting his eyes. She pouted before looking at Aria and Lydia.
"Jordan will be fine," Lydia says before looking over at her phone that was ringing on the kitchen counter. She walks over to see him calling.
"Yes?" She answered.
"Lydia," He says.
"What?"
"Cut the attitude, seriously." He says in an annoyed tone. Crabby patty-ass mood.
"Yes, Jordan. How can I help you?" She asked looking back at Aria and Laura playing with Coco. "I just wanted to check in with my girls before I went to bed." He explains. Before Lydia can say anything, she sees that he switched to Facetime instead. She answered the call and saw that he was laying in bed.
"You look beautiful as always." He compliments while adjusting himself in bed. Lydia narrows her eyes at the camera before shaking her head.
"Thank you." She says while walking over to Aria.
"Mama, Daddy is on the phone," Lydia says taking a seat on the couch and Aria quickly moves over to her.
"Hi, Daddy!" Aria says while sitting on Lydia's lap. "Hi, mama! Did you have a good day at school today?" Jordan asked with a big smile.
