Chapter 29

In front of the house stood a minivan for 10 people, a dark haired man in a black suit standing beside it. One member after the other got in, not surprised in the slightest by the car and the driver.

I looked at Chan and he shrugged. "We're celebrating two birthdays, I thought we'd rather not drive tonight." Nodding in appreciation I got in, he sat down next to me, Seungmin entered as the last one after him.

When the driver started the car, Chan leaned forward and talked to the driver. Seungmin looked up and Hyunjin, who sat in the passenger seat, also turned around with a questioning look on his face. "What's this address? Who do we have to pick up, Chan-hyung?"

But Chan just let himself fall back into his seat, crossed his arms and grinned. Caught on by Hyunjin's question Felix and Han also leaned forward from the rear seats, firing questions at their leader, but he ignored all of them.

Turning to them I rolled my eyes dramatically and sighed: "Shush, children, Daddy is being mysterious again..."

They howled with laughter, continuing with their own jokes about him and I let myself fall back on the seat. Chan threw me a sideways glance, but I just lifted one eyebrow and mouthed: "Hi Daddy..." and cheekily bit the tip of my thumb. He quickly looked away, clearing his throat and blushing.

I grinned victoriously and crossed my legs emphatically. His eyes shortly flickered over and back ahead again, shaking his head subtly and grinned. I grinned too and , looking through the windshield, suddenly recognized where we were headed and finally connected the dots.

"Really?" I asked, sitting up, looking at him and beamed. He smiled but said nothing. The car stopped in front of the little house next to our restaurant and a few seconds later a petite figure appeared in the entrance. I squeaked and bounced on my seat happily.

Jin-Ju walked around the car and opened the sliding door. The guys cheered loudly and welcomed her like an old friend. Gosh those boys were loud. I pitied the driver a little bit, but at least he got paid for this. My friend smiled brightly and bowed to us. "Jin-Juuuu!" I called, trying to make myself heard over the mayhem the members caused and waved at her, leaning to the side so she would see me behind Chan.

She happily waved back and laughed. Then I became aware of something. "Chan, there aren't enough seats, where should Jin-Ju sit? We are already 10 people including the driver...?"

He raised his eyebrow at me cheekily and without saying another word he lifted me by my hips and scooted below me, placing me onto his lap. "See, now there's room for her..." he murmured, his hands still on my hips. I giggled, my cheeks burning like hell and he wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me back against his chest. I let myself sink back and laid my head on his shoulder.

Jin-Ju looked at us and her smile became even bigger. Seungmin got out and held out a hand to help her inside, getting back in after her. I saw the exact moment she realised that he would be sitting next to her, because her cheeks took on a slightly darker shade too. Slightly turning my head to look at Chan, to see if he had noticed it too, I found him looking at me.

I got lost in his eyes and my breath caught. Chan didn't let the chance pass and leaned forward. His lips were so soft, so gentle. My heart was beating like crazy. Suddenly Han shoved Chan's shoulder and teased: "Oi! Get a room, hyung!" Chan broke the kiss, but didn't pull away immediately.

Whispering so low that only I could hear it he said: "Oh maybe I will..." Turning half around he shot something back at Han, causing them all to cackle. I caught Jin-Ju's gaze and blushed even more, turning my head to look out the window.

But distracting yourself is hard, when the hands of your - yeah, what? Boyfriend? Star of your NSFW dreams? I could stop myself from laughing hysterically just in time - well if his arms were still wrapped around your waist, his thumb absentmindedly stroking your hip.
