This fight went by really fast, Kakyoin became blind, attacked BY a blind man. That was the climax of the fight. Then the stand made himself apparent. "That's Geb, Y/n, remember him?" Avdol put a protective hand on your shoulder.Avdol soon attempted to set up a trap to catch the stand, so he threw his bracelets to make it seem like he was walking. "Why are you doing that?" You whispered, but Jotaro covered your mouth, silencing you. Apparently everyone got that the stand user was blind, except you.
Geb at the last second avoided Magican Reds attack and injured Avdol in the process. Like a small lightbulb appeared above Jotaros head, he snatched up Iggy and coerced him to be his alarm for Gebs attacks. Iggy made his stand, The Fool, into a glider type and took flight to Geb and his stand user.
As the trip went on, Jotaro and Iggy were losing altitude, fast. With lighting quick reflexes, Jotaro threw Iggy at the stand user so he could attack the user from behind with Star Platinum.
Rushing over there, your anxiety was steadily increasing. You attached yourself to Jotaro as soon as you saw him. The stand user revealed himself as N'Doul, "My stand is Geb, after the Egyptian god, I am one of the 9 stand users DIO has sent for you, thank you for being a worthy opponent." Immediately he used his stand to kill himself, while you bore a hole into his head from shock.
This trip has taken an affect on your mental health, Avdol and Jotaro could see it well. "Maybe we should take a break, Y/n seems to b-" Avdol tried to speak up for your sake but was interrupted by an upset Joesph. "No time for breaks, Avdol! We have to save my daughter Holy in time!" Joesph used Hermit Purple to angrily wrap it around Avdol for even mentioning a break.
"Joesph, I understand that we have to save your daughter but Y/n-" Hermit Purple grew tighter around Avdol, pissing him off. Bad. He summoned Magicians Red and attacked Joesph for not letting him speak. You knew Joesph was no match for Avdol, but the mere fighting made your breathing get more and more difficult.
"Yes, Joesph, we will save Holy. But I will NOT injure or harm my daughter in the process. Do you hear me?" Joesph let Avdol go, and fell to the ground in defeat. Avdol knew he was upset, so he let it go without apology. But it was too late for your health. Jotaro noticed your uneasy breathing while they were fighting and sat you in his arms, trying to calm you down.
"Y/n, hey look at me. They're being stupid. Don't look at them." He snapped in front of your face, getting your attention. "My chest hurts-" Those were the last words before you passed out, again. Polnareff dropped blind Kakyoin and rushed to your side. "We need to get them to a hospital!"

Arriving in Aswan, they immediately took you and Kakyoin to the hospital. Polnareff looked more worried about you than anything else, "Do you think she's going to be okay?" He knelt by your bed and held your hand. Jotaro let it slide, because you were injured.
Kakyoin woke up a few hours later from his sleep medicine. He was slightly ditzy but still conscious. "How's Y/n? Is she okay?" Jotaro told him that you were in the bed next to him. "Thank god, hey Y/n, are you okay?" Kakyoin slowly sat up to see, nothing- But that wasn't his worry.
"What's wrong with her Jotaro?" He tried getting out of bed but, due to lack of vision, he stopped. "Can you help me to her bed?" Jotaro sighed and helped Kakyoin to the side of your bed. The red-head felt for your hand and softly held it when he found it. "Is she still unconscious?"
"Yes, she is." Jotaro walked to the other side of your bed and sat in his chair, "How long have we been here Jotaro?" Kakyoin looked up to the place where he heard Jotaro walk to. "Two days, you slipped in and out of it for a while, she's been out since." This hurt both of their hearts, especially Jotaros, having to tell his friends that his love was half way dead for two days.
Sudden loud beeping from your monitor went off and a few seconds later doctors rushed in, "Code blue! Evacuate the room!" Kakyoin was put in a wheelchair and wheeled out, Jotaro tried to put up a fight but Joesph convinced him that the doctors knew better than him.
Three hours later, they still sat outside of your door, waiting for any news. "I'm going in." Jotaro walked in to see no one, not a damn soul in there, but the bodies of the doctors and nurses. His face dropped down as he walked out, "She's gone."
