Everything has changed

Chapter 2

"I wont I promise" she replied her eyes left Oliver's for a second "I just want to teach this boy a lesson somebody has to and no one in here is willing to"

Because he is a bully. I wanted to say but kept my mouth shut. I did not want to get involved in this whatsoever. I returned my attention to my work or as much attention as I could. Seeing Charlotte like this was not my favorite thing. I was praying for the bell to ring so i could get Charlotte out of there. Today the time was going too slow. That was when Oliver took his move

"Do you fancy me Charlotte I mean I am irresistible. All girls love me. But why would I go out with someone like you?"

"Whats wrong with me?" Charlotte asked folding her arms "I heard lizzy turned you down. I wonder why. Maybe she saw through your bad boy act"

"You know nothing about me" Oliver shouted

Thats when Mr miller intervened "Come on you two stop it now. I need you to bring out the assignments I set two weeks ago. Please pass them down to the end of the table for me to collect"

Charlotte looked at me "why didn't you remind me, your supposed to remind me about these things"

"I offered for you to come round mine to do the work but you chose not to" I stated taking my assignment out of my bag

I knew I would get the blame for this but im used to it. Everyone asks me why I put up with Charlotte. The thing is she can be a very good friend however there are some occasions where I even question our friendship.

"Charlotte where is your assignment" Mr miler asked breaking me out of my trance. I wonder what excuse she could come up with.

"I didn't do it" she said matter of factly "I didn't understand what we had to do"

"So you decided you would not do the work because you did not understand that you had  write three things about what you like about the school. You could have come to me. I had extra help
Throughout those two weeks helping you with college applications and homework. You could have come to those just like lLauren did and she got her work to me on time"

Another thing the teachers do that I hate. They use me as an example to lauren. I he things that would do anything he is wrong. That only makes Charlotte more mad.

"But im not like Lauren. How do you expect me to be like her if im nothing like her" Charlotte screamed "and to answer your question there is nothing I like about this school . If anything Iam so glad we only have a moth left asI never want to see your face again'" 

And there you have it Charlotte has gone off one one once again. Mr Miller looked furious. I think this was the last straw for him

"Charlotte see me after class you have just earned yourself an after school detention"

The whole class started laughing at Charlotte as she got her stuff and ran out of classroom with Mr Miller hot on her heels.

This was not what I was expecting the last month of school to be like. I thought we would have fun, cherish ever second we have together before summer was here'

Charlotte apparently had different ideas
