I stand by the door waiting for Miss Both to be done talking to Mrs Grey

This was the person I most wanted to see today

Miss Booth and I have been through a lot together

When I first started at the school they gave me a TA to help me cope around the school

My development was far behind that of people my own age and Miss Booth was the one who helped me get to where I am today

I have always gone to her whenever I have had a problem with one of my friends. Miss Booth is the only one that could make me see sense when I was in those situations.

"What are you doing here Lauren?" Miss booth waved me in with a big smile on her face "shouldn't you be heading home now?"

"I am but I wanted to give you this" I gave her a gift bag "Its nothing much but I wanted to give you something to say thank you for helping me all these year"

"That's not a problem, I'm happy I got to help you in any way I could. You have become such a beautiful and wise woman and I know no matter what you do in life you will do it to the best of your ability"

I gave her one last hug. Your not supposed to hug teachers but I didn't care. She has been one of my best friends at this school, one that I will no longer get to see but one I will cherish for the rest of my life

She cups my head in her hands, smiles at me and off I went back to Charlotte and Sebastian who were waiting for me at the main entrance

"How did it go?" Sebastian asked me

"It went just the way I thought it would"

Charlotte looked back at the school one last time "This is it we are officially no longer school students. What do we do now?"

"Look forward" I say interlocking arms "College here we come"
