Chapter 8; Last Day

Pisces Pov

It was the day before The Zodia Kingdom Meeting. And the whole Center Palace was choas!

Knights, maids, and cooks rushed around the castle. Even though it was rough for them, I still laughed. It's just so funny seeing them run and trip all over the place.

But I had other things to worry about. Cancer wanted me to give something to a certain someone. I knew them a little bit, but I forget people easily, except those who are important to me.

I wandered the castle halls. The Center Palace were filled with different twists and turns that you would be lost in them the second you stepped foot into one of the hallways.

I countinued to wander, searching for the someone Cancer wanted me to find. About 10 minutes, I gave up until...

"Scorpio!"

I hear the name coming down the corridor around the corner. My eyes widen and I look past the corner.

A boy with blond hair is standing in the middle of the hallway, looking around. He had a grin on his face and his sapphire eyes had a michevous glint in them.

He looks in the direction I was and I quickly hide behind the wall. I don't think he saw me. I heard his footsteps coming closer. I prayed to the stars that he wouldn't find me.

"Hello?"

I screamed and stumbled into the hallway, where the blond boy was and accidently knocked him over.

"Sorry," I apoligise then looked up to see the person who scared me.

Turns out, the boy who had scared me was the person Cancer told me about. Scorpio.

"Sorry about tha-" Scorpio was starting to apoligise.

"MYFRIENDWANTEDMETOGIVETHISTOYOU!" I basically scream.

Scorpio's face went for confusion to utter disbelief. He took a step back but didn't look away.

I took a deep breath, "my name is Pisces and I'm from the Coastal Kingdom, we met a long time ago but this is about you and my friend. Cancer wants me to give this to you."

I pulled out a white envelope from my dress pocket and gave it to him.

He looked at it for a while before taking it.

"Cancer you said?" He asked, quietly.

I nodded.

He held the envelope in his hands, looking down at it.

Virgo Pov

I glared at Ann who was sitting on the couch drinking a cup of green ceder tea that Capricorn made for her.

Why did we have to hide her? We could've just told the king and gave her to him, then this would all be over and no one will get hurt. But look who is refusing to, that's right, it's Capricorn.

Ugh, why did he have to drag me into this? And Taurus!? Anyone else would be fine but him!? No way!

I glared at Taurus who was across the room, leaning against Capricorn's bed post. He glared back at me.

"So... how is everyone day... so far...?" Capricorn cautiously asked, trying to remove the uncomfortable silence.

"My day was going perfect until I had to be dragged into this room IN THE MORNING and stuck with that person!" Taurus glares at me as he finshes his sentence.

"Well, I'm sorry but that isn't my fault," I angrily told him.

"Did I ask for you to talk to me?" he asked me, rasing an eyebrow.

"Did I ask you to talk back to me?" I sassed back, crossing my arms.

Capricorn softly chuckled, "I see that you two haven't changed."

"What's that supposed to mean!?" Taurus and I asked Capricorn in unsion.

Capricorn just smiled back at us then turned back to Ann.

Ugh, Capricorn could be so annoying but I stay being his friend because... well.. I need him.

A few moments past, the tension between me and Taurus had not died down but more on the brink of exploding. He glared coldly at me as I ignored his stares and didn't acknowledge him in anyway. Capricorn looked between us and I could tell he wanted to say something but didn't before he eventually turned back to Ann.

Ann... so far she wasn't causing any trouble but ofcourse I didn't trust her. She literally climbed through Capricorn's window, clothes torn up and bloody, holding a pocket knife in her hand! And even during all of that, Capricorm took pity on her and letted her in! If that isn't stupid, then I don't what is.

"So..." Capricorn chuckled awkwardly, "what day is the zodiac kingdom meeting?"

"You're seriously asking that?" I raised an eyebrow at him. The audacity he had to forget the most important thing in all the lands!

"It's tomorrow." Taurus told Capricorn, taking his cold eyes off me... finally.

Capricorn looked down at the floor, thinking. He did look very cute and grown up when being in deep thought.

"If that's tomorrow... then what will we do with her?" Capricorn gestured towards Ann.

The three of us just stared at one another before turning to all stare at Ann, who was sitting 'politely' on the couch and drinking a cup of green ceder tea.

"Huh?" Ann looked up and stared at us, confused.

It feels like a long time since I last updated... hehe. I know it is unforgivable that I have left for what felt like a very long time but I do have my excuses. Tons of shit and stuf have been going on that have been keeping me busy. I barely had any time to rest during the summer break and ever since school has started... well.. yeah.

But I am very happy to be back on Wattpad and so happy to finally update my story which I was actually thinking of discontinuing but did not! Yay!
