Endeavour stared down at two the teenagers intimidatingly but each of them held their grounds.
"We are going to be starting with training right away. It will be rigorous training for the next three days and only after that will both of you be allowed to accompany for the rounds" he stated.
"Go get dressed into your workout gear."
"Use your damned fire princess" Izanami gritted as she dodged another wall of ice.
After the sports festival , the two had come on a relatively amiable terms, given that the girl believed he had finally gotten over his obsessive hatred of his father. And Todoroki despite their rough start,had come to respect her as an individual, even though she did take that blockhead's side back then.
Obviously, she didn't expect him to get over his dad's fucked up bullshit completely, fuck she didn't think it would happen ever.
But the part where he limited himself because of his father that frustrated her. Struck a chord deep within.
Also, bitch did that conversation mean nothing?

A while back-
Todoroki and Izanami had both decided to go to their internship together since the boy didn't wish to accompany his father and be stuck with that man alone for three hours before the blonde arrived.
Although he'll never mention it, he was slightly glad that she was interning with him. But he also felt obligated to let her know what she was getting herself into. Albeit, only after the decision was made final.
"You do know that my old man only offered you an internship because he saw our match and felt like you would push me to use my fire,"
Izanami scoffed, "No shit, I do"
He nodded, "Okay then."
"But aren't you planning to use it anyway? I assumed that was why you decided to intern with him."
"I am," he sighed,
"It's still slightly conflicting but after the whole sports festival and with Midoriya's help-"
Wow, the audacity.
The heterochromatic boy glanced at her and noticed the look on her face, "And- your help, of course. It well,"
He wasn't really good at this
"Thanks." he nodded sincerely in a direction

Endeavour observed the two teens. He hadn't initially thought to offer internship to anyone other than Shoto but after seeing their fight during the sports festival, he believed that the girl would be able to get him to use him flames and Shoto would finally venture on his path to surpass all might.
But what the pro hero hadn't expected was to be confronted by the said girl.
On the 2nd day of their internship,they'd crossed paths during lunch without Shoto being around
"Let me be very clear, You are to push Shoto to use my fire powers. That's precisely why I offered you an internship! It's your second day of Internship and-"
"Oh, hush it Mr.Soreass Loser." she rolled her eyes,
"Let me also be very clear, I'm aware why you offered me an internship. As for his powers being used to most of its extent,while I'm not particularly fond of your son, it's frustrating to see him waste his potential over a dirtbag like you who refuses to see him as anything but a means to achieve something you never did. So that's my choice. And I may respect you as a hero, but you're a full of shit human; I overheard your conversation when I was leaving the sports festival. Needed to give my opinion of you to your face. The only reason I accepted the offer. Anyways, good day sir."
Was he seething? yes. But was he also so astonished that he just watch the teen leave? Also yes.
Izanami hadn't cared one bit of whatever consequence the confrontation would've gotten her. She had planned it since she saw the agency on her list.
To do something she should've done before.
For someone else.
"Todoroki, get up.We're sparring."
"We finished sparring just half an hour ago." he deadpanned , though he was already on his feet, following the blonde
The girl said nothing,
The two reached the training room and got into their stances,
"Oh yeah,quit the act and use your fire. I won't fight back unless you do."
The boy narrowed his eyes
"Did my old man put you up to this?"
"Oh for fucksake you dimwit, you're here because you wanted to learn how to control your fire quirk. It's day 2, I'm not letting you waste anymore days. And for the record, you're starting to piss me the fuck off again by going into no fire mode."
"Why does it frustrate you so much?" Todoroki glared at her, although he was aware she was only trying to help him. The entire situation with his father always made him act irrationally.
The girl only looked at him for a moment, before a small-almost indiscernible smile tilted her lips,
"Cause it's stupid." she answered,
Izanami was true to her word about not fighting.
For he had launched multiple attacks before deciding upon a strong one directly aimed at her and the girl hadn't budged. She wouldn't budge.
The heterochromatic boy gritted his teeth, before using his flames to melt the ice attack.
She smirked.
Day 3-
ANNOUNCEMENT: HOSU- Code Red .
the intercoms blared.
