Hello, I've waited here for you
Everlong
Tonight, I throw myself into
And out of the red, out of her head
She sang
————————

Her mother was a councilor and her father was a doctor. She went to a perfect and shiny academy and had the perfect grades. Her other family members—aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents—would make occasional visits.

One day, Caitlyn was brought home from school by her cousin, Murdoc. When she got to her palace like house, tons of cars were in the driveway. The little ten year old girl got excited to see her family, hopping out of the car and skipping to the large double doors of her home.

Something wasn't right when she walked in. Usually, her family members would be making  by the house echo with conversations and wine glasses clashing together. Instead, they were all in the living room.

"Caitlyn, you can't be in here." Her mother said with a terrified look on her face. "Go."

Before Caitlyn could go up to her room, assuming there was just stupid adult business, a man appeared in front of her. "No, no, that won't be necessary, Cassandra." He said as a large woman came behind the little girl, towering over her. "How come she doesn't get included?"

Caitlyn was suddenly pushed in the living room. Her mother and father grabbed a hold of her, holding on for dear life. Her father slightly pushed her behind him. Murdoc came into the living room through the kitchen and was pushed down into a chair. Caitlyn looked around the room at all of her terrified family members before looking at four people in front of her.

The guy that had stepped out in front of her had and lit cigar and an eyepatch over his left eye. He sat down in a chair in between the three other people he had with him. The woman that towered over behind her was holding an AR rifle and had a metal prosthetic arm. The two others were holding the same kind of gun. One was a very thin guy with blonde hair and the older was a short woman with short dark hair.

Everyone with Kiramman blood was there. Caitlyn looked closer at the man with the cigar and eyepatch sitting in the chair. He threw both of his hands up and the three guns were raised and shot continuously. They didn't stop shooting until everyone was dead and on the floor. Or so they thought. Caitlyn was trying hard not to cry, not just from the fact that everyone in her family was now dead, but also the fact that her father's arm that was covered in blood was slung across her chest and her mother's arm was slung across her stomach.

When Caitlyn got the chance, she looked up to see if anyone was paying attention, then she made a run for it. "Hey!" Someone called out as she tried to run towards her stairs.

Before she reached the first step, someone came behind her and grabbed her. She kicked and screamed until a pistol was pointed at her head. Suddenly, half of a cigar was rolled towards her foot. The man with the eye patch stepped in front of her. He put his index finger under her chin, pushing her head up and placing the gun on her throat. The little girl was whimpering as all of them were exchanging different looks.

"Take her." The man in front of her said before he pointed the pistol slightly next to her arm and let a bullet graze it, causing her to scream.

Caitlyn sobbed for what it seemed like hours until they reached a large house, clearly in a very unfamiliar area. The man with the eyepatch was sitting next to her in the back seat. "I'm Silco." He said. "You'll be here for the time being. Until I figure out to do with you."

Before Caitlyn knew it, she was trapped in a dark room. The only light was a small hole in the ceiling. She was hungry, tired and her arm was in pain. It felt like years almost. She never stopped crying either sometimes, she would start trying to kick open the metal door, keeping her trapped inside.
