It was around 11 Am. Caitlyn had returned about an hour ago and the first rush hour of Friday was about to start. Powder was helping Vi wash shot glasses and Caitlyn was cleaning her guns in the room behind the bar. "Shit!" Caitlyn whisper yelled to herself as something that sounded like metal fell into the floor.

"Everything alright in there?" Vi asked peaking inside the room.

"All is fine," Caitlyn said picking a bullet up out of the floor.

All was fine until there was a loud boom! noise heard from outside. Caitlyn jumped up dropping the bullet again. Everyone in the bar jumped up looking towards the stained glass windows in the doors. There was a faint glow through the windows. Caitlyn quickly loaded her gun and ran outside to see people, even children screaming and running for their lives.

Caitlyn pulled on a young woman's arm. "Do you know what's happening?" She asked.

"The Demacians!" The woman shouted, "they've come for us!"

"Demacians? What could they-"

Then there was a small bomb that landed just a half mile away from Caitlyn and the young woman, "The church," the woman said looking at Caitlyn in fear, "the church of Zaun has provided protection." Then she ran.

"What'd she say?" Vi asked from behind Caitlyn.

"Something about the church of Zaun. She said it provided shelter and protection."

"Not like this bar's basement."

"Where are Vander and your brothers?"

"They're in Topside."

Caitlyn looked in the distance and through the smoke to see that Piltover looked untouched, "Tell them to stay there. Do not let them come back."

"What are we supposed to do?! Huh?!"

"Stay armed! Keep everyone in the bar in the basement!"

"What are you gonna do?!"

"Don't worry about what I'm going to do. Worry about you and your sister." Then Caitlyn ran off. Vi ran back inside and that would be the last time Caitlyn saw Vi for a few days.
