"Nico, this is Caitlyn Kiramman," Mel told her brother.
"Ah, my new client?" Nico asked, shaking hands with Caitlyn.
"Yes. Your new client. Be nice, be normal, I beg you."
"I am nice and normal. Normal is my middle name."
"I'm sure it is, Nico. Welcome back to Piltover, little brother."
Nico hugged his sister before beginning to speak with Caitlyn, "So, this house," he began. "What exactly are you looking for?"
"Something classical like the original design," Caitlyn told him. "Just not the original design."
"Sounds easy to me. Hey, sis, do you think we could have dinner later?"
"Sure," Mel said. "I'll speak with Jayce. Caitlyn?"
"Yes?"
"Would you like to join us if we decide to have dinner."
Caitlyn chuckled awkwardly, "This is a family thing for you. It would be strange if I were to join."
"I insist. We haven't exactly spoken about anything aside from your family since we first met. My mother will get over it and Nico doesn't have a problem, right?"
"Not a problem," Nico said. "I didn't know you two were friends."
"Just a few months back. Caitlyn has just recently had a set of twins of her own."
"Ah, well, I hope to see them. Nice meeting you, blue," Nico patted Caitlyn's shoulder as his phone began to ring. "Excuse me. I should probably get this."
Nico walked off as Mel and Caitlyn slowly began to find the exit of the airport, "So that is my brother," Mel said. "He's different from the rest of us."
"I'm glad to see that he's very extroverted with everyone," Caitlyn said, crossing her arms as the airport began to feel colder. "He doesn't change his demeanor with anyone."
"No, he doesn't. It's either him being just like our uncle or him smoking a lot."
"Smoking what? Marijuana?"
Mel nodded, "As long as he isn't hurting himself. That's the sister in me. The mother in me is wanting to beg him to stop smoking it."
"If it keeps him calm and it isn't hurting him, leave him be. He's a grown man able to be haunted by his own choices. They haven't seemed to haunt him so far."
"Caitlyn?"
"Yes?"
"When you say that he's a grown man able to be haunted by his own choices, what about you? You're a grown woman."
"Yes I am. Are you asking if I have ever been guilty of something I chose to do?"
"Would it be so wrong if I did?"
Caitlyn let out a sigh, "After Silco and his goons killed my family, I grew up with this hate. I was only fifteen when I was given a car and a credit card and told to go wherever I please. After years of growing and being trained with all of the hate in my heart, I killed them. My family did, in fact, receive Justice. But sometimes I feel like I shouldn't have killed them... I should've gotten the proof to have them arrested."
"Are you saying that you forgive them?"
"I would've, yes. Even if I was raised on my hatred for five years, and trained to use it within those years. If I could go back, I would've forgiven them."
