Nuzi oneshots

Replaying.. (Pt.2)

Uzi was making her weekly trip around to N's and at the moment she was at the grave on her knees next to the pile of still fluffed up snow her visor having purple tear drops under her eyes. The snow suddenly shifted and Uzi jumped waiting for it to move once more. When it didn't move, Uzi convinced herself that she was hallucinating, then it happened again, only this time it was much more violent. Uzi immediately uncovered Ns corpse from the snow and looked down at him.

His visor was still black but his hands kept twitching. His wounds have healed and he looked good as new. Suddenly N's visor held the 'Reboot In Progress..' in bold yellow words above a loading bar that was moving slowly. Uzi gasped and stood up quickly. "V! Come here!" She shouted and the disassembly drone landed next to her in an instant as she just happened to be flying out for hunting. "What's wrong?" She asked worriedly, then she saw N and gasped as well.

N soon sat up and rubbed his head a groan escaping his audio output systems. "N!" Uzi shouted and threw herself at the drone hugging him tightly. "U-Uzi?" He stuttered before holding onto her tightly in response. "You're okay!" N said and V hugged him from behind as Uzi was in front. "V, your okay too!" He said his tail wagging as his two favorite people he now knew where alive and well. "Your okay too, N! We thought you where gone because you didn't regenerate fast enough!" V said as Uzi began to sob.

N held her close and rubbed her back gently. "Oh, how long was I out for?.." he asked and V actually had a count of the weeks. "About two months.." she said slowly and she pulled back sitting on her knees. "Really!?" He shouted suddenly and V gave a slow and solemn nod. Uzi kept mumbling the words 'I'm sorry' over and over again feeling like it was her fault in the first place. "Zi.. it wasn't your fault, I wanted you to be safe.." he paused for a second making sure he had her attention before continuing. "Because I love you," he added on as she looked up at him.

Uzi hugged him again as V gave a soft chuckle, "I told you," she said softly and Uzi couldn't help but giggle past her tears a bit. "Yeah, you were right.." she said in a soft tone as they separated. Uzi helped the both of them out of the large hole in the snow. "So how are you doing with the absolute solver?" N questioned and V gave a smug smile. "Show em'," she said and Uzi grinned widely before spreading her fleshy wings and taking off. Her tail flew behind her as her powerful wings pushed her through the sky.

N watched with amazement even after she landed, "That. Was. So. Cool!" He shouted making Uzi grin. "Thanks, N, V taught me all of the twists and turns," she said with a smile as she elbowed V in the side gently. N turned and looked at V in surprise. He was shocked that they were actually working together for once and not fighting with each other, but he was glad that was the case. "But don't forget who taught you how to fly," V reminded her and Uzi looked at N with a happy smile. "Thank you," she said happily and N blushed. "It was no problem at all, Uzi," he said.

'I told you I would see you again..' Uzi thought with a fond smile as she watched N and V speak.
