I Need You

I'm still sleeping when I feel that the warmth next to me comes out of the bed

I hear voices and see with my eyes a little open how someone pushes Charles from the doorway

"if Toto finds out you're a dead man Leclerc" I could hear

I open my eyes and see Pierre and Lewis talking about ME with Charles

"what are you two doing here?" I asked with a hoarse voice

all three looked at me and Lewis frowned

"What am I doing here? What are you doing in Charles Leclerc's bed?!" Lewis shouted

he was angry

"basically it's the hotel bed" I said getting up from the bed

Lewis was about to say something

"last night I had a problem, Charles brought me to the hotel, my keys were in the bag left at the club, no one else was at the hotel then, so I slept at Charles so I wouldn't sleep on the street" I said taking the dress from the desk and went to the bathroom

I closed the door behind me before any of them could speak

I put my dress back on, put my hair in a bun and went back to the room

I thanked Charles for tonight, I thanked Pierre for bringing my bag and I led Lewis out of the apartment

walking to my room I said to Lewis "you don't have to be so protective just because my father told you, I'm not a child"

he wanted to say something more, but I entered my apartment and slammed the door behind me

and now I'm left alone

I don't know why he cares so much.

I called my mother and told her why I didn't answer all night and what I did

She didn't get mad at me and she understood why I had to sleep at Charles's

but now is the hard part

because dad has just arrived in his hotel room and I have to talk to him too

I went to his door and knocked

he opened to me and when he saw me it seemed that his life was made easier

he invited me to sit on the couch and talk

"Dad, seriously, I'm sorry that I haven't written you anything since last night" i said

he didn't answer me anything, he just looked at me waiting for me to tell him what happened

"I didn't answer you because.."

should I tell him?

I mean, yes, he's my father, but if I tell him and he gets mad at me, it won't go so easily for him

"I forgot my phone at the party when I went with Lily to sleep at her place"

a lie

I stayed with my father and talked for another hour and then I went to my apartment

I got dressed and went downstairs to eat
