Let go of me, part one.

"WHAT ARE YOU TWO BICKERING ABOUT?" Greer groaned as she sat up on the bed "George here thinks that Lucy is unhinged." Lockwood grinned "What?" Greer asked in confusion.

"Well then, you must've think wrong, mate," Greer said to George as she stands up and starts walking towards them.

"Where are you going?" Lockwood asked her "Downstairs." Greer replied as she stopped behind George and face him "Why?" He asked, "Lockwood, this isn't my room." Greer said as she rolled her eyes "I've got enough sleep anyway." She added

"You should too," Greer told him before drifting off the room and closing the door behind her.

When she reached downstairs, nobody was there and it was quiet. She decided to go straight to the library instead of eating cause she lied when she said she's got enough sleep. She's tired and sleepless and that's why she preferred to sleep instead of eating and it's not like she's got the appetite to eat.

She misses her couch and her blanket, For three days she had not slept with them and it feels like forever.

She slept all afternoon and could be all night if she wasn't awoken by the sudden sounds of thuds upstairs "What the hell is going upstairs?" Greer asked herself as she opened her eyes. "Good lord, It's the middle of the night." She whispered as she got up to check what was going on there.

Feeling more annoyed than ever, she made her way to the landing to check what was going on. Lockwood was already probably asleep in his room and she doesn't know about George. He usually doesn't immediately go to sleep cause he usually read or does his things.

When she arrives at the landing as she cursed under her breath, making loud noises with her foot, she saw Lockwood and Lucy standing beside each other in Lockwood's doorway.

"what's will all those thuds?" Greer asked
"And why is there a scattered boot here." She added as she saw a pair of boots in front of George's room "What the hell is bloody going on in here?" Greer asked them again "Annabelle's here." Lucy answered, "As in Annabelle ward?" Of course, she knew Annabelle Ward. George told her about Annabelle Ward and how she's gone missing before she even went into Hollywood back in the 80s.

"Yes," Lucy replied as she nodded her head. Then, George came out of his room with a bunch of salt bombs and more explosive things but without trousers.

"All that and still no trousers?" Lockwood asked George "Trousers are for wimps." George replied as his gaze towards Greer who is standing quietly on the stair "I see." Greer said and rolled her eyes.

Slowly, they crept towards the attic as they passed the private room, Greer's head was looking down. They make no noise as possible as they can until they reached the attic door.

"I don't feel anything." George mumble
"I don't see anything" Greer doesn't know if it was just her but tonight felt colder in 35 portland row than it had ever been "She was here. I swear." Lucy said. She maybe knew how George will react just like how Greer knew how George reacts especially since he called Lucy unhinged.

"You woke up and she was floating above you?" George asked Lucy "Yes." Lucy answered, "Make no sense that she'd be here." Lockwood said, "We contain her source, covering her body with silver net." He added "How did she even get in here? It's not as if her source is inside the house." George said, his attention on the newspaper that is on the wall about Annabelle Ward.

Both Lockwood and Greer turned towards Lucy "Is it?" They said in unison as Greer raised her eyebrow. Greed thought she heard something so she immediately told them "voice whispering, everyone." Greer alerted them "Uh, she's back," Lucy said as they sighted a ball of light at the top of the stairs. George came to see it since he was the closest while the others stayed and flashed their flashlight where George is.
