My Act Of Defence

Chapter 33

Kane's POV

I think that I should stop walking alone, since every time that Wyatt isn't with me, something seems to happen.

And now I'm not even in the middle of my way towards the pack house, and I'm already looking at all of my friends.

I consider if I should run, since I know that it will be hard to win against all of them, even though I'm a lot stronger.

But this time there are no strangers with them, so I decide that I will have a good chance to win this time, and I stay in my place.

"What do you want?" I ask my former friends.

"We wanted to apologise." One of the girls tells me, and I chuckle.

"A bit too late for that." I tell them.

"It's never too late to apologise." One of the guys tells me.

"I don't care, I don't want to be friends with you, if that's what you came here for." I tell them, and they groan.

"But we miss you." The other girls says.

"I don't care." I say again, and I turn to go back to the house.

But someone stops me, and I decide to punch them, before they have a chance to punch me, since the last time I was in too much pain to fight back, after they managed to land a solid punch to my arm.

I hear one of the girls cry, out so I turn around with a frown, then I see that I have hit one of the girls, and now her nose is bleeding a lot.

I feel a bit bad that I have hit a girl, but I quickly remind myself of what my former friends did to me, and I know that she laughing, while they were beating me, and it convinces me to not feel guilty.

So, I turn around again, before one of the guys speaks.

"You shouldn't hit a girl, it's really not nice." Royce tells me, so I tun around to face him.

"She shouldn't have came near me, and I didn't know that it was her, I have assumed that it was one of the guys." I tell him, but he just shakes his head, not believing me at all.

"Whatever." He says, and then he turns to look at his friends.

"Lets go, he's not worth our time, it seems that being gay made him aggressive, I don't think that we should hang out with someone like this." He tells the rest of the group, and they nod in agreement.

Then I watch as they walk away, and I just shake my head.

I stand here for a while longer, until they're out of my sight, and then I decide to go to Wyatt's house, despite the fact that I will have to sit there alone, since no one is there at the moment.

But I don't want to risk seeing my former fiends again, at least not today, so I will just watch some movie, while I wait on Wyatt to come back from the pack training.
