We ran like our life depended on it.

I glanced over my shoulder, fear etched on my face. "We need to get back to Hogwarts. We'll be safe there."

Sebastian nodded; his wand tightly gripped in his hand. "Agreed. Let's keep running."

Damien, his voice shaky, added, "I can't believe he tried to manipulate me. We have to find a way to stop him."

We pressed forward, the sound of our footsteps pounding in our ears. The moon cast eerie shadows through the thick trees as we made our way toward the familiar grounds of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The forest seemed to stretch on endlessly, and our hope of reaching safety began to waver.

Suddenly, I noticed something. "Wait! Do you hear that? He's not following us anymore."

Sebastian and Damien stopped, their eyes scanning the forest behind them. The silence enveloped me, broken only by my heavy breathing.

Damien spoke up, his voice still trembling. "Could he have given up? Or is he planning something else?"

Sebastian shook his head. "I don't know, but we can't take any chances. Let's keep going."

With renewed determination, we picked up our pace, our robes blowing behind us as we raced through the forest. Finally, the towering silhouette of Hogwarts Castle came into view, its windows glowing warmly in the distance.

My heart leaped with relief. "We're almost there! Once we reach the Slytherin common room, we'll be safe."

We were so preoccupied with running away from the unknown man that we forgot to use the Disillusionment Charm, but we had luck on our side for once. All three of us arrived safely in the common room. We sank onto one of the plush sofas, exhaustion washing over us.

Damien's gaze shifted from me to Sebastian, and he spoke sincerely, "I'm sorry I almost fell for his manipulation. I'm grateful you both stopped me."

I reached out, placing a comforting hand on Damien's shoulder. "We're in this together, Damien. We'll face whatever challenges come our way, united."

Sebastien didn't like that I was so close to Damien. He tried to hide his anger, but I could still tell by the way his eyebrows were softly frowning. Even though the only thing that was illuminating the room was the fire, I could see his features in the soft warm light. I swiftly removed my hand from Damien to not create new tension.

"What are we going to do now?"I asked finally catching my breath.

"I have no clue!"Damien responded.

"I think we should tell at least someone. Not Headmaster Black, he is useless. Maybe Professor Weasley or Professor Sharp, he was an Auror after all? Y/n, you cannot go after this on your own again."Sebastian pleaded desperately. His eyes filled with concern.

"They will not take it seriously. They never did. I always did it on my own."I didnt want to rase my voice, but I was angry. Angry because I had to do this all on my own. I had to grow up faster than anybody I knew. Tears wanted to form on my eyes but if pushed through them. I hate crying in front of people. I was their Hero. I had to be strong.

"Maybe this time they understand that they must help. Maybe we all can convince them!"Sebastian stood up and was now facing Damien and me. "You know that you can't do this alone again. Look at what it has done to you. You barely sleep, you jump when people come from behind you, and you have horrible nightmares."
