"EVERYONE, I HOPE YOU REMEMBER TODAY IS APPRECIATE YOUR WORK PARTNER DAY SO HAVE YOUR WORDS READY, WE'LL BE STARTING IN A FEW MINUTES" you announced to the others from the speaker in your office, you were the head of a sports apparel manufacturing company and had a little over 100 employees working with you on the headquarters building, where you did the paperwork, permits, requests and all that boring ass stuff.
"man, I swear y/n comes up with some of the most stupid ideas of all sometimes" Karina told her friend as she organized a few documents on her desktop, "please, you're just sulking because you have to interact with her, this time not just for the weekly reports on the deliveries" Karina scoffed, getting her friend's subtle suggestion, "as if, she's the most annoying shithead in the whole office, and that's.. saying a lot" Karina said looking around, wincing at her stupid coworkers.

"killing myself sounds so fun right now" Karina mumbled under her breath as she lazily made her way to your office. And when she got there, there you were, with your clearly last minute outfit, you were sporting a veryyyy formal seattle seahawks shirt, those loose ass adidas shorts, and some blue low dunks. Weirdly enough though, Karina found it attractive, and very attractive let me tell you. How the shirt tightly outlined your slay abdomen, and the shorts complimented it perfectly, as unprofessional as it was, she liked it.
"Well Karina, that shirt looks... really good on you actually, I like it" you boldly said as you smiled softly at her, being genuine about what you said, she was wearing those really pretty button up shirts but that are fitted to your body? yeah those. Plus, with the first two buttons undone like, go y/n always winning. "Thanks, you don't look all that bad yourself y/n" she said with a teasing smile as she sat down besides you.
Now let me tell you, Karina's relationship with you wasn't as bad as she made it out to be, in fact, it was so much better than that. With both of you having a very flirtatious nature, you've grown to have a very flirtatious relationship. She only complained in public because it just felt wrong having your co-workers know about that, it being unprofessional from both parties. Even more in the one casual, drunken night in which things ended up... yeah. Yet you both enjoyed every single moment.
You made conversation for a while, then ending up playing arsenal down in the old reliable roblox which led to her getting mad at you for killing her about 5 times in a row. During all this time, much accidentally your hand met hers very casually, a terrible blush creeping at her cheeks most of the time, you guys then just made conversation for about an hour. You came to find out that you hated looking karina in the eye, it made you so unbelievably nervous, why is this happening?!
You stepped outside to see how things were going, leaving karina unoccupied for a few minutes, which definitely didn't amuse her, so she decided to speak through your intercom which she had right in front of her, "y/n l/n, come the hell back right now" your face went kind of pale for a few seconds but rushed as fast as you could to your office
"What's wrong???" You asked karina as you closed the door behind you, "you literally left me alone doing nothing here!" She said, looking actually offended, "rina, I'm the boss, I had to go check how things were going outside" you explained while you served yourself a glass of choco milk, "but it's your office, and you chose me to be your partner, so act like it" she said and you chuckled at her boldness, noticing the subtle suggestiveness in her voice
"And how exactly am I to fulfill that?" You said moving forward to her and she chuckled, you swear her smile is the prettiest thing you have ever seen, she's literally gorgeous and has a beautiful soul too? What else could you ask for? As you leaned closer to her, her slim fingers played with some loose strands of your messy bun while you hovered over her, the tension was definitely there.
Her eyes wandered yours for a hot second and you were so close you could feel her breath against your face, and as you leaned in to press your lips against hers the fucking dumbass moves her face away so your kiss ended up getting her cheek instead of her lips
You were offended, more than that actually, you stared at her with an unbelievable expression while she laughed her ass off, "y/n the woman you are" as she moved away from your face and you plopped down beside her on the couch and placed your head on her shoulder while you sulked "that's not fair bro"
"but it is, you do notice how we're literally at work?" She said as she played with your fingers, "that's true" you mumbled under your breath, just then, karina realized how much she liked you, out of nowhere, yet she felt so attracted to you, with the biggest need to have your lips on hers
she moved your head to face her and locked her eyes with yours, her fingers interlaced with yours as she leaned in with the most insane smirk that was making your head spin, after what felt like years you finally felt her lips on yours, your hands moved to cup her cheeks as she let out soft sighs
to be honest, she was trying not to whimper as your hand moved down to her waist and took a firm grip on it, you were so caught up in each other for the last 5 minutes that you definitely did not hear the knock on the door. In the middle of making out, at some point karina climbed onto your lap and you were kissing her neck and she struggled to keep quiet, which she failed to do, some of your coworkers noticed and tried calling you from outside, when you didn't respond they got worried and opened the door
"holy shit" one of the guys said as he stood on the doorway, "oh god, I'm so sorry..." he said as he walked away and closed the door behind him, "I thought you had closed the door" you said "can't blame me for being turned on at the thought of being caught" she said and winked as she walked out your office, oh karina the woman you are
