btw, sorry that I'm posting more on lesserafim lately, but I really want to write for them rn

Huh Yunjin had a vigorous passion for traveling, as a fully-fledged American, she was always working for the mere purpose of travel.

From the far west of the country, y/n l/n, a proud Seattleite, was born to a well-off family, she went to college for four years to study foreign affairs, her dad wanted her to live up to the family business, but she decided to use all the money to travel around the world.

"Fuck no!" Yunjin cursed as her canon died, she tried shaking it a few times but it wasn't budging, "I'm gonna look for a charging spot.." she whispered to herself as she walked the busy streets of Barcelona

"Hi, do you happen to kn-" She was cut off when the person she was asking just walked past her, 'asshole'  She walked to a nearby cafe which seemed a nice place to stay a while. She looked around and spotted an empty table

She walked toward the counter to ask them if they had anywhere to plug, but her attempts failed when the single cashier said he didn't talk english and he was very busy, she sighed, she couldn't see any plug, then, she felt a gentle tap on her shoulder

"Hi, I saw you struggling there, and if I'm right you're looking for somewhere to charge?" Yunjin turned around to see a girl around her age, about her same height and most importantly, very pretty

"Oh yeah, you don't know how hard it's been to find someone" she chuckled, you smiled "well, I just happened to know that there's a calmer cafe down a few streets with plenty of charging plugs" you borrowed her phone and marked the place in her google maps

"Thank you soso much" she said as she smiled at you "and also, do you happen to be from Seattle?" you nodded with a half assed smile "yeah, I can hear it in your accent" she said as she grabbed her camera case and waved at you as she rushed out the place 'there's no such thing as a seattle accent' you smiled to yourself

That of 2 months later

You had decided to spend a small vacation period in Atlanta, not your usual stay but you'd always wanted to go since your favorite show is the walking dead

You were taking a drive through the Mercedes Benz stadium when you got hit by a sudden desire for an iced tea. You went to the nearest coffee shop you could find and bought a really iced, iced tea, despite the cold.

"Thanks" you said to the cashier as you walked over to a table to have your rice krispie treats and iced tea, problem was, there weren't free tables around. But you noticed a blonde sitting by herself and it didn't seem like she needed the extra chair

"Hi, excuse me, could I sit here for a little while? There's no space left anymore" she took off her right airpod to listen to you and she nodded, "you're good, no problem" you smiled at her and took a seat across from her

She looked strangely familiar to you, she looked like the half asian girl you helped in Barcelona a couple months back, but that one had a dark brown hair, this one was blonde

"Do I know you?" she asked as she squinted to look closer at you, "Uhh, I don't think so. But you seem familiar, did you happen to be in need of a plug in Barcelona a few months back?" you asked, clearly interested in the coincidence

Her eyes widened and she nodded excitedly "yeah! you were the girl who helped me!" she exclaimed as if it was an other wordly occurrence, you nodded though, "well, I see you dyed your hair" you noted "yeah, I really like to try new colors every once in a while" you demonstrated interest and kept the conversation going for a while, like go girl she's fine asf

"I think I should at least get your name after this" you said "Yunjin. Huh Yunjin. How about you?" "Y/n L/n" "nice" 

You looked at the time and saw you had to get going, "well, it's time for me to leave. It was nice finding you again" you smiled and she waved bye. As you were halfway to the exit, you rushed back to her table

"Do you happen to be from New York?" you asked, she frowned "yeah, how the fuck did you know that?" she said, wonderstruck

"It was the 'you're good' , that's east stuff" you said before walking away, leaving her chuckling 'I thought everyone said that' she smiled to herself
