I told them I'd chose one of them and that I'd let the chosen one know that night.
First, I went to Aric. After I told him I loved him, he responded with:
"I love you, too, pet."
And then, I went to Japeth, who also wanted to participate in this, and, as I expected, he kissed me and said nothing.
Dante turned red and babbled. Caspar said he doesn't feel the same, but I could see the blushing on the tips of his ears.
Now, I bet they're all gathered in front of my door, confused about why they all say I told them I loved them.
They probably will figure it out when they open the door. I'm not there. I'm in an old carriage, on my way to the Southern Empire, running away from my problems.
