Mrs Lee

I knocked on the science lab classroom waiting for an answer, but no one invited me in. "Mr Su?" I called out through the classroom window but I didn't see him anywhere. I sighed and used my keys to unlock the door and walk in. 

I marched straight over to the storage room but before I could knock, Mr Su came straight out, startling us both and he slammed the door shut. "Mrs Lee, hi." He greeted, getting his breath back, "what can I help you with?"

"Uh hi, I'm just asking if you have heard from a girl in my class, Hadlee lately. She didn't make it home last night and the kids have said the last time they saw her, she was cleaning the science lab."

"Oh, right then." Mr Su said, folding his arms across his chest.

"You haven't seen her around have you?"

He shook his head. "Sorry Mrs Lee, but I can't help you with that."

I pursed my lips into a straight line and then nodded at me. "No worries, thanks though." I said and then heard a big thunk in the storage room. I knotted my eyebrows together. "Is there someone in there?" I questioned and stepped forward but then he stopped me.

"No, it's just the snake that's stretching out." He replied back calmly. 

I forgot he had a snake he would bring to school for some experiments. Don't worry, they're safe for the snake and the students.

"Ah." I nodded and backed away. "Well, thanks anyway though." I said said and walked out of the classroom as he sunk back into the storage room.

Ha-rin

I rested my head on my fist as I copied down what Mrs Lee was writing down on the board about 'Human Experiences'.

I liked english. It's one of my best subjects, but sometimes the classes just get boring, like this one. We've been on this topic for months now and I'm starting to get sick of it.

Once again I rested my head on my fist and copied the notes off the board until the door opened and in walked Hadlee, looking all bloodied up and tired. She stumbled into the classroom, catching everyone by surprise, even Mrs Lee and she walked over to her.

"Hadlee?" She exclaimed, "are you alright? Where have you been?"

Hadlee sighed and then collapsed into Mrs Lee's arms. Everyone gasped and rushed to the front to see what was happened to our classmate.

"What happened?" Mrs Lee cried as she fell to the ground with Hadlee in her arms. "Mr Su locked me up." Hadlee said ever so softly in a raspy voice. Everyone around exchanged glances at the new news. 

"What?" Mrs Lee questioned as she brushed her hair out of her face.

"He tried to kill me." Hadlee said in the same quiet husky voice.

Mrs Lee looked around. "Alright, everyone I need you to get back to work while some of you help me get her to the nurses office." 

Lee Know crouched down while Mrs Lee helped get Hadlee onto his back and I ran after him and Mrs Lee down the hall to the main office.

"Help us please." Mrs Lee panted as we bursted through the door. The nurse looked at us alarmingly and rushed over to the beds and pulled the bedsheets down and Lee Know placed her on the bed gently. "She's as cold as ice." He announced as he stood back.

Hadlee started growling and writhing around in the bed as the nurse tried to pull the covers back up to her chin, but she refused it. "Too hot." She kept repeating.
