Jeongin

I stared out the window with my wrist tied to Clarity's as we sit there in silence. We haven't really said much to each other. I'm still terrified of what I'm able to do. I don't want to hurt my friends. I don't want to hurt anyone in fact.

I turned around to the table behind me and took the camera Felix had left for us and turned it on and was about to start recording.

"Why are you doing this?" I asked Clarity, "aren't you scared?"

She shrugged. "No, not really." She answered truthfully, "your mind is still working properly."

I nodded and then sighed. "I don't want to hurt you." I told her, "I really like you."

She froze and stared at me. Her breath got stuck in her throat and it eventually came out in heavy breaths. She smiled softly and took the camera out of my hands and held up to her face. 

"Jeongin, I really like you too." She said in the camera. She smiled and turned the camera off and turned to me. I was probably smiling like an idiot which made her chuckle softly. She leaned into me and planted a small, soft kiss right on my lips, making the heat rise up in my cheeks.

I watched I.N and Clarity every now and then that I saw Clarity give a kiss. I smiled to myself and turned back to the group.

A few minutes later passed and I.N suddenly stood up, pulling Clarity with him and he looked around.

"What is it?" Lee Know asked, also standing up with them.

"It sounds like someone is throwing up." I.N replied softly and knotted his eyebrows together and looked around at us. "Don't you guys hear it?"

We all shook our heads as I.N kept on glancing around. "How? It's so loud." He said and then froze and gave a little secret glance out the window to the hall. "It stopped." He announced.

"I.N, you're scaring me." Clara whispered.

"Shh." Changbin silenced her.

I.N turned to Clara and tilted his head. "You're scared, aren't you?" He asked her, "you're the one who's breathing the loudest."

Clara didn't say anything, she just stared at him. Clarity came over to I.N and took his hand and pulled him away before Clara could say something.

"We need to go, now." Felix said, who has been monitoring the outside for us, "there's still a lot of zombies out the so we need a distraction."

"We should've just went to the roof while the music was still playing." Seungmin groaned.

"Wait, we have music." Han said and walked over to the camera and opened it. "The choir usually records their songs. We can use that to get the zombies in here while we run."

"Ok, but how are we going to connect the music with the speakers?" Clara asked.

Han pointed to the large TV in the corner of the room. "Connect the camera to the TV and turn the volume up." He said and looked down the sides of the TV. "I just need a cable to plug it in."

"What if they get in here quickly, what do we do?" Clara said with her arms folded over her chest.

"We'll make a barricade." Chan said, gathering desks and chairs, "we'll barricade just across here so there's enough room for the zombies, but this side is big enough for all of us to run out that door."

"We'll use the instruments as well." Felix said, picking up a bongo drum and handing it to Hyunjin. "And once everywhere is clear, we'll head up to the roof."

Lee Know found a cable for the camera and gave it to Han who plugged it into the side of the TV and the other side into the camera and turned it on.

The rest of us started stacking the desks and chairs while Han and Lee Know came over to our side of the room, careful with the cord so it didn't come out of the TV.

Hyunjin climbed over a low desk and I grabbed onto his wrist. "Where are you going?" I asked him. 

"Someone has to open the door." He answered.

I sighed, "give me the bongo so that doesn't hold you back from trying to get back over." I told him. He nodded and gave me the drums and walked toward the door. "Be careful." I whispered to him as he gripped the door handle and nodded towards Han who pressed play on the camera and the choir video started playing full volume through the TV, making me jump. Hyunjin slid open the door quickly and then ran over to the lower side of the barricade and climbed over while Changbin and Bangchan started stacking it.

Hyunjin ignored me when I tried to give him back the drum, instead he helped keep the barricade steady with Chan, Changbin and Seungmin. I stood next to Felix who nodded at me and started banging the drums loud.

"We need more noise!" Lee Know shouted.

The rest of them grabbed any instrument we could find while Lee Know stood watch at the door and started making a lot of noise.

I don't really like loud things and I was trying so hard not to cover my ears and keep on banging to drum, but Hyunjin noticed and took the drum off me and threw it to the ground and hugged me close to his chest, covering my ears along with it.

I closed my eyes tightly, trying to block out everything. The outside noise was muffled to me as I calmed my breathing against Hyunjin's chest who held me tighter. He knows me too well.

"Now's the time to go!" Lee Know yelled over to noise.

Hyunjin grabbed onto my hand and pulled me out of the room along with everyone else and my ears were now unblocked.

"Changbin, hurry up!" Seungmin yelled to him. Changbin gave up on holding the barricade and ran after us.

We climbed the stairs, fighting any zombie the came in our way and made it to the roof door and Clara jiggled it open, but it wouldn't budge.

"Fuck! It's locked!" Clara yelled frustrated.

A helicopter whirred outside of the door and everyone started yelling and banging on the door. Hyunjin let go of my and moved to the code lock beside it and tried a few combinations, but nothing worked.

"Move!" Chan yelled and everyone stepped back away from the door while he barged right into it using his shoulder. Changbin and Seungmin joined in, but the door would not open.

Zombies started to race up and Felix, I.N and Han started to fight them off.

"Ha-rin, help me throw this over!" Clarity called and gave me an edge of a tarp sheet she had found and threw it over the railing and in front of the monsters who were trying to get up.

Suddenly, I.N froze. And so did Clarity. I glanced down to see someone emerging out from the tarp. 

Duri had a smug look and a smirk on his face.

"Where is he?" Was all he said.
