CH 12 - Friends & Lovers

Over the weekend, Taehyung and Jungkook had not left the apartment once. In fact, much of the time they rarely left the bed, only getting up to bathe, eat, and take care of Nila. The new lovers were currently tangled up in bed, gasping for breaths after once again succumbing to their desires. A few days ago, the two were new explorers when it came to each other's bodies, but now they had come to know each nook and crevice intimately.

From the other room, Jungkook heard Nila whining. He sat up in bed suddenly, causing Taehyung's brows to knit together and ask, "Something wrong?"

"I think Nila misses Jimin. We should take her for a walk." Jungkook had tried to pay attention to her over the weekend, but kept getting distracted.

"Does that mean we have to leave this bed, because I don't know if my legs will work right now." 

Jungkook's eyes grew large, "Was I that rough with you?" He had a look of concern on his face as he glanced down at the angel. 

 Taehyung grinned and reached up to pull Jungkook back down into a kiss. "You were just right."

The two slowly kissed each other until Jungkook's ears picked up Nila's cries again. "Baby, she needs to go out and get some fresh air. And so do we."

Taehyung sighed and then sat up. "Let's take a quick shower and then we can take her out."

"I'll give her a bottle while you shower. I don't trust us to shower together right now." Before Taehyung could protest, Jungkook got up and threw on some sweats and went to get Nila. The cub began crying as soon as she saw him and didn't stop until he picked her up. Carrying her to the kitchen, he held onto her as he prepared her food. He then sat down beside her on the floor, stroking her back as she ate. "I'm sorry we neglected you, baby girl. I know you miss Jimin-hyung. I'm sure he'll be back soon."

After a few minutes, Taehyung came out fully dressed and looking gorgeous. "I can watch her. Go shower and then we'll go out."

As Jungkook showered, Taehyung placed a quick call to Jimin. "Tae Tae! How are you?"

"Fantastic. Better than fantastic," Taehyung smiled broadly.

"You are glowing. I'm happy for you."

Yoongi appeared beside Jimin and smirked. "So how is sex with Jungkook?"

Jimin elbowed his lover in the ribs, but Taehyung didn't seem to mind the question. "Beyond what I could have imagined."

"That's good," Jimin smiled back at his friend.  "So what's up?"

"Nila misses you. She's been whining a lot."

"You've fed her, right?" Jimin asked. He worried that the two had been too distracted to take care of her and was beginning to feel guilty for leaving her behind.

"Yes. And we're going to take her for a walk. But she needs her angel."

Jimin got a soft look on his face and smiled. Yoongi wrapped an arm around his love's waist and asked, "So it's safe for us to return?"

"Yes. We'll control ourselves."

"We'll meet you soon then," Jimin  said. He had enjoyed the couple days alone with Yoongi, but it was time to get back to work.

When Jungkook came out of the shower, dressed casually, the two put the harness on the leopard and went out to a nearby garden. It was the first time that they had truly taken a break from each other's bodies in days, and Jungkook realized that he hadn't asked nearly as many questions as he had planned. As they strolled through the garden, Jungkook took the opportunity to pose some more questions to the angel. "If you, Jimin, and Yoongi are angels, what are the other two?"
