As soon as Jungkook opened the door for Chan and Felix, they heard Taehyung yelling from down the hall. Hoseok ran into the living room with tears streaming down his face and came to an abrupt halt at the site of the two fallen angels. With eyes narrowed he asked, "What are they doing here?"
Jimin came from behind Hoseok and wrapped his arms around the angel. "Tae doesn't mean what he said. He's angry and lashing out. You were just an easy target." He hugged Hoseok without noticing the company, but pulled back when he heard a bitter laugh.

"He has every right to be angry. What happened to him was unjust," Chan spoke up. "And I thought what happened to us was bad."
"What are they doing here?" Jimin confronted Jungkook. "You know they're only going to cause trouble, right?"
Jungkook sighed, "All I know is that Tae needs someone who understands. And as much as I hate to admit it, these two do know what he is going through."
Clearing his throat, Chan spoke up. "I'm just here to help Taehyung. Nothing more." Felix giggled at Chan's words, but was quickly silenced with a sharp look from Chan.

Hoseok wiped away the tears on his cheeks. While Chan was talking he thought back to what Taehyung had screamed at him just moments earlier. It brought fresh tears to his eyes. "It's worth a shot. Tae doesn't seem to want our company right now. Maybe Chan can help?"
Walking into the living room, Yoongi joined the conversation. "While I am suspicious of their motives ..." he focused on Felix who had a disquieting smile on his face, "Chan might be able to reason with him. But definitely not you, Lix."
Felix' attention piqued when Yoongi used his nickname. "Are you flirting with me, Yoongs?"
"Hardly," Yoongi deadpanned. He smirked as Jimin wrapped an arm around his waist.
"Enough. Lix, keep our guests company while I speak with our brother." Chan didn't wait for anyone to respond before heading to Taehyung's bedroom.
A chill ran down Jungkook's back when Chan called Taehyung "our brother." He shook it off as he felt Felix' arm wrap around his waist and his head on Jungkook's shoulder. "Get off of me!" Jungkook shoved Felix away and glared at him.
