(3 months later)
Jungkook moaned in pleasure, causing Taehyung to reach over and squeeze his hand. The two were at a spa getting a couple's massage. Both of them had been working so much and had built up a lot of stress in their shoulders, so Taehyung talked Jungkook into taking a break for a few hours. They had soaked in a variety of hot spring tubs and sweat together in an amethyst lined steam cave. Then they each got a facial and salt scrub. The hot stone massage was the finishing touch.
Jungkook felt like melting into the massage table. He was so relaxed he nearly fell asleep until the massage therapist dug into a particularly stressed back muscle. It took a few minutes to work out the knot, and it hurt so good.
After their massages and a quick shower, the couple were getting changed. As they stood in front of a mirror drying their hair, Jungkook noticed something. He leaned towards the mirror to scrutinize his hair. "My first gray hair? I'm not even 25 yet."
Taehyung stopped what he was doing and inspected the lone gray hair. He then shrugged his shoulders and said, "You'll look beautiful with gray hair when that day comes." When he saw the frown on Jungkook's face he added, "But that's a long time away. It's just one hair. You look as young and beautiful as when I first met you."
"It's a sign of what's to come. One day I'm going to get old and you'll still look the same." Jungkook sighed as he turned to look at Taehyung. The fallen angel was ageless and would continue to look as young as he did now. Meanwhile, Jungkook realized, he would age naturally and eventually would get wrinkles in addition to gray hair. "Will you still love me when I'm old and gray?"
Taehyung wrapped an arm around his love's waist and pulled him in, kissing his cheek. "Baby, I will love you forever, regardless of how you look. I know how beautiful you are on the inside and that is not going to change."
"But it will be awkward. At some point people are going to think you're my son or even my grandson."
"We don't need to worry about that now. We'll find ways to manage. Usually, I move when people start asking too many questions. We have plenty of places we can go." He looked over and saw that Jungkook remained unconvinced. "If it helps, I can dye my hair gray when the time comes."
The two finished getting dressed and continued silently, each lost in their own thoughts. Their driver dropped them off at their apartment along with some lunch take-out. Taehyung quietly got out plates while Jungkook set out their chopsticks and spoons.
"Is there something else bothering you?" Taehyung asked as Jungkook quietly began eating.
Setting his chopsticks down, Jungkook looked across the table at his love. He considered his words before asking, "Why won't you tell me what you've been up to? You've been meeting with Chan for weeks, and when I've asked before you answer me cryptically. Should I be concerned?"
Taehyung reached across the table to grab Jungkook's hand and was surprised when he pulled back out of reach. "I'm sorry that I haven't told you before, but the plans were not finalized until recently."
"What plans?" Jungkook chewed on his bottom lip as he searched his angel's face.
"Chan and I have been coordinating with the local LGBTQ community. Have you seen recent news stories that there is a march & rally planned to end at the general assembly tomorrow?"
"I kind of saw something about it, but am not sure what they are protesting. Will you be there?" A look of concern grew on Jungkook's face.
