Seblos: Someone You Loved Pt. 2

*three weeks later*

Seb was back home at his family's farm in Salt Lake City after finding out he was pregnant.

After taking a pregnancy test, Seb went to the doctors the next day to find out for sure. And then, the doctor did an ultrasound on Seb's stomach. He was about at 12 weeks, and he even heard the heartbeat. And from the moment he saw the baby inside him, he broke down to tears again, because he was so scared and confused. Problem on the other hand, Seb needed time to figure out on rather if he would have to raise this baby if he wanted to keep it by himself or tell his ex-fiance that he was the father of his child and get support from him, even when they were not together anymore. Decisions, decisions.

Afterwards, he made a phone call to his parents, though he was terrified but had to do the right thing. Seb's parents took the news smoothly and he then told them that he thought he wouldn't keep up with college classes and the apartment's rent if he wanted to have kept the baby. The parents told their son he could come home if he wanted and offered to help him raise the baby, and because they and the rest of the family missed him and his helping out on the farm.

Seb didn't have to think it over when he agreed to come back to Salt Lake and stay with his family for a while, but he would have to get a new job. Seb's parents came to visit their son in L.A. and they met with the dean of the university, talking about how life had been hard on Seb for the last few months and he decided to not return to the school. The dean agreed and would work on changing a few arrangements for Seb. Seb's family helped him move out of his apartment after he quit his job a few days ago.

And after coming back to Salt Lake City, Seb felt like nothing had changed since after he moved away to L.A. while he was still with Carlos, and he had a feeling that he would still be here after he moved back here. And then, he ran into some old faces he almost hadn't seen since he graduated high school. Other than Gina and Ashlyn, he also ran into Ricky, Big Red, Kourtney, Miss Jenn. And also Nini and E.J. when they were visiting perspectively. Seb told all his friends about the pregnancy when he proved by showing off the ultrasound he kept since he left L.A.. Everyone were okay with the news and questioned Seb if Carlos knew, but he hadn't spoken to him since they have broken up. Seb still almost couldn't get Carlos out of his head since he found out he was pregnant. So if they ran into each other, he would have the right time to tell him.

So one day, Seb was taking a walk around town to clear his head a bit until he bumped into someone while he wasn't looking.

"Oh, sorry," Seb apologized.

"My bad," someone whose face happened to be Carlos.

It took the the two exes became surprised to see each other again.

"Carlos! Hi."

"Hi Seb."

They were happy to see each other since their engagement ended, and they went in for a hug and pulled away.

"It's nice to see you again. How, uh... How you've been?" Seb asked.

"Well, I was depressed for a little while after we... you know... But I've been doing better," Carlos said.

"I see," Seb nodded.

"Hey, so, what are you doing here?" Carlos questioned.

"Well, after we broke up, everything in L.A. wasn't working out for me anymore. Then, my parents offered to let me come home for a while as long as I help out on the farm. Even though, I'm looking for a new job since I've quit my old one. And I also have been running into some old faces since our high school graduation," Seb explained.

"Me too," Carlos told him.

Seb knew he wasn't planning on hiding his secret away, so he needed to talk Carlos.
