Getting a hold of a living person itself has become difficult because of technology. Now, tracing the location of a person whose existence is unsure about is even more difficult.

"What now?" Gautham asked me when I myself am confused. Considering my silence and assuming that I might not have a plan, he said, "I think we should just go with violence".

Deep down we both know it's not a good idea. We gave it a thought for a while. A while in a sense, more than an hour. Yet, we don't have any solutions. The more I kept thinking, the more I found the possibilities of Karthik being alive. I took every detail into account and finally found a clue.

"Gautham?" I called the guy who was dozing off. "Our watches!" was all I said hoping that he understands from thereon. Back then, when we were discussing the case as a team, we came up with a few secret codes and had a watch for everyone that gives us the location of the rest of the team if the SOS button is pressed.

Analyzing his expression, I think he understood it. "But Karthik must press the button for us to receive his location," he said.

"Not necessarily! – Even if one us presses it, we can track him down as his watch will be receiving it too," we finally made up our plan.

"WHOA! You do have something in there," he caressed my hair, being sarcastic. Brushing his hand off me, I asked him to go get his watch.

Coming up with the plan was on one side and searching for that watch in this unorganized house is on another side! I looked at the messiest place ever and wondered how come my son, Vikram, is living with him.

Clothes on bed, more than ten coffee mugs on his table and papers on the floor. Nothing was placed where it is supposed to be. "Do you think we can make it today?" I said, checking the pockets of his pants that were lying in the chair.

"Not sure!" He groaned while going through draws.

I was done with checking his pants so I moved to check the almirah.

"I am sure animals are more organized than you are!" I couldn't stop complaining. I was, and am a person who strongly believes that being organized makes you more productive as you don't spend your time rummaging through the mess.

I am not too short but this guy is too tall and that is the only reason his cupboard has more than 6 shelves. I am not at all ashamed to announce that I couldn't reach the top two selves.

I was trying to grab the box on top but could not reach it. Of course! In no time, Gautham to the rescue – He reached it with zero effort.

I turned around while he was grabbing it.

He looked at me all of a sudden as if it was his top priority before getting the box down and I looked at him as if I owed him this moment.

He moved a bit closer which is not so noticeable had it seen from far. His eyes deepened and I got nervous.

Though I am comfortable around him in spite of knowing that he loves me, these actions of his makes me nervous.

He brought his face closer and I moved mine back till the back of my head hit the frame of the shelf.

"Ouch!" I exclaimed though it didn't hurt that much. I was just trying to deviate Gautham and my plan was cent percent successful.

He swiftly brought the box down and moved away from me.

Not even two seconds of him getting away from me, there is this rock in the top shelf that lost its balance and fell on my head.

"ARGH!" I yelled for real this time. When it touched the ground and made a loud noise, I realized it was a metal box.

He took one big step towards me. I thought it was me who he was concerned about but when he kneeled down and took the box, I understood it was not me.

He opened the box hastily and there it was! The watch we were looking for.

He looked at me. I looked at him and then we kept looking at each other as there were these tiny drops of blood rolling down my forehead.

"SHIT!" He took his handkerchief out of his pocket and pressed against the injured spot. "I am sorry," He was busy apologizing when I was busy wondering who keeps a kerchief in their pocket even while sleeping.

But thanks to that! It is stopping the blood for this moment. Catching a sight of his eyes full of concern, I realized how much this guy cherishes me.

Sometimes, I stand in front of the mirror and can't help but to think 'who would ever love me?' and here I am letting two guys treat me as if I am the most precious thing in the world when I am actually not.

They say a girl should not let two men fall in love with her because it is not something that ends well no matter how considerate you are. I mean, I never thought a spark would end up like a wildfire!
