━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ I SPLASHED WATER IN MY FACE TO WAKE MYSELF UP. The mornings were never my thing, but I've learned to get through it. I went back to my room and saw Tyler, still sleeping.
"Tyler.." I said rubbing my eyes hoping he would wake up. Nothing. I got down to his level and lightly shook him. Still wouldn't wake up. I shook him harder and he woke up.
"Finally you're awake." I said.
"What time is it." He said.
"9:15." I said as I looked at my watch. He rubbed his eyes and got up.
"Why are we up so early?" He asked.
"Because we need as mush coverage as we can get." I said. He grabbed his clothes and put them on.
"You sure we're not gonna get in trouble for this." He said.
"Of course not, Rick trusts me." I said. I went to the bathroom and started to brush my teeth. I looked into the mirror and sighed. Man I felt like shit today but maybe seeing Maggie will cheer me up. Tyler walked in and looked at me.
"You okay?" He asked concerned.
"Yeah, just feel like shit and I have a gut feeling something shitty will happen today." I said.
"Well, don't listen to your gut it has bad intuition." He said. "Now get out I have to piss." He said. I left the bathroom and closed the door on the way out. I grabbed my stuff that I needed in a small backpack and sat it to the side. I went behind my dresser and grabbed 2 random guns. I had a whole bunch behind there but no one knew. I checked each of them and they were full of rounds.
"You almost done? We'll be leaving in 5!" I exclaimed. I heard the sound of the toilet flushing and him walking out.
"Wash your hands. It's the end of the world but that doesn't mean you can't be clean." I stated. He washed his hands and followed me downstairs. Carl was down there with Rick, Michonne, and Aaron. They looked like they were going somewhere.
"Hey." I said. They all looked at me and smiled. Well except for Carl who only gave me a look.
"Hey. Where are you going?" Michonne asked.
"To the Hilltop. To see Maggie. I thought maybe Tyler would want to see her too because he never got a formal introduction." I said as he gave an awkward smile.
"Oh alright, just make sure you don't get yourself in trouble. And stay alert at all times." She said.
"Where are you guys off to?" I asked.
"We're gonna be gone for a bit." She pulled me in the other room without Tyler.
"And also, what's up with you and Carl?" She asked. I swallowed as I gave her a sad smile.
