Waking up on the couch the next morning, she thinks about last night, and she rolls onto her side, and hugs her pillow. Laying there, sensing Geo's energy all over her body, and in her chakras, the euphoria takes on. And as she reads the energy that's around her, she senses that he's taunting and toying with someone's emotions. Grabbing her phone from under her pillow, she opens the media, and goes directly to his page. Looking at his new post of him harming someone, invisible pins then instantly stab all over her body, as his energy hits her back. With her body becoming squinched, she closes his page, and then opens Isla's page. Seeing a new post of people seeking revenge, she shakes her head in disgust, and closes the media, and puts her phone on the coffee table. And as she lays there, Geo's psychic self appears in her space, and she watches his energy, while Amelia walks into the house, and into the living room. With her standing in front of Luna, she says, "Luna! What are you staring at?"
"I'm staring at nothing. I was just thinking. Anyways, how are you doing this morning?" Luna says, as she sits up, and grabs her purple robe from the other end of the couch. Putting it on, she then stands up, and watches him dissipate, and she then says, "Geo and Isla are messing with each other on the social media."
"Really! What are they posting?" Amelia asks, as she walks into the kitchen, and leans on the kitchen counter.
"They're posting stuff about harming people, and people seeking revenge. It's nothing, but a bunch of head games!" Luna says, with a look of disgust on her face. Walking into the kitchen, she then says, "I guess, I'm just annoyed because their posting stuff on the media just to make each other mad."
"I'm not even going into that conversation about Geo and Isla. At least, not right now! That conversation is for a different time. I'm curious, how did the conversation go between you and him?" Amelia asks, as she looks at Luna.
"It went fine. We're just friends. But there's something else, Amelia. Something strange. Almost crazy like! When we were alone, he shifted his face into the jackal that's on the wall at work. You know the one by the clock."
"You're shitting me!"
No! I'm not shitting you."
"It was the weirdest thing. One minute, we're having a conversation and hanging out, then the next minute he's looking at me, and slowly moving his lips up to his ear lobes. When he did it, he was giving me a blank stare, while he showed me all his teeth. He was so emotionless, Amelia. He looked crazy! And when he shifted back to normal it was like no big deal. I even asked him why he shifted like that?"
"What did he say?"
"He had the audacity to tell me that something told him to do it."
"Well! That's odd! That's personal. You guys have been acquaintances forever, and he showed it to you now. Is it because you're heightening your senses, and he wants to be a part of it?"
"Who knows? I don't know! He's already a psychic witch. Why would he need more power?"
"Luna, why wouldn't anyone want more power than what they already have. Yes, I might think that everything is a coincidence, but think about it! You're learning your skills from Laura and Victoria. People have been wanting to learn from them for years. Shit! Even I would like to learn from them," Amelia says, as she sits down at the kitchen table.
"But why? I don't get it. It's not a big deal," Luna says, as she turns on the coffee pot, and then leans on the kitchen island.
"Yes, it is! Not only are your learning to use your psychic senses, but you're learning how to use the arts. And I'm talking old school arts. I know that it will take years, but for them to welcome you is a big deal."
"Okay! Besides all that, I'm just questioning mine and Geo's friendship. And I'm only saying this because of the dreams I'm having of him, then seeing him in my psychic vision, and then watching him on the social media playing head games with Isla. It makes my mind scattered! Even when I close my eyes, the image of him appears, and his energy is all over me, Amelia."
"Luna...It's just energy. And you can sense that he's playing head games. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and you're seeing who he really is. Don't you ever forget that!" Amelia says, as she gets up from the kitchen table, and makes a cup of coffee. As she looks around the house, and then up at the ceiling, she then asks, "Where the hell is Kyle?"
"Not here obviously! He's either fishing or over to Tim's. He just walked out the door without saying anything," Luna says, as she looks out the kitchen window, as her stomach twists and turns.
As she swirls the coffee in her mud, she quickly snickers, and says, "Ahh! Screw him. You'll get to the bottom of why he's acting like this. If you ask me, I think he's hiding something. Are you going to get ready? We have to be at work in 30 minutes."
"Yeah! I'm going to get ready in a few minutes. I know something is off with Kyle. I just can't prove it," she says, as she takes a sip of her coffee.
"If you know that something is off then why don't you ask him?" Amelia asks, as she puts her coffee mug in the sink.
"I don't know. I guess I just want more proof. I'm going to get ready now," Luna says, as she puts her coffee on the counter. Running upstairs, and getting ready, she then yells, "I'm thinking that maybe, I'm watching Geo and Isla because their energy is drawing me in."
"You know that Geo is up to no good. He's a troublemaker," Amelia yells up the stairs.
"Yeah! I know. Tell me about it! Especially with what I saw last night. I guess curiosity gets the best of me," Luna says, as she runs back downstairs. Grabbing her keys off the counter, she then says, "Ok. I'm ready. Let's head to work."
