Chapter Fifty-Two

Amelia and Luna pull into the Raven parking lot, and they sit in the vehicle for a few minutes, waiting for the store to clear. As Luna contemplates telling her about the recent hypnosis or Kyle using magic behind her back, she then puts the window up, as she scrolls through her phone. Within seconds, Ivory then appears and disappears in her psychic space, and she then looks over at Amelia, and says, "Ivory's going to call or text you!"

"How do you know?" Amelia asks, as she looks at Luna.

"Let's just say I have a hunch!" Luna says, as she opens the driver side door.

"Okay! When?" Amelia asks, as her phone dings. With her looking at the screen, she smiles, and then looks over at Luna, and says with a chuckle, "Yep! You got me! You're right! She just texted. She was wondering what we're doing."

"Told yeah! I just know these things," Luna says, as she chuckles under her breath.

"Whatever! I'll just text her in a little bit," Amelia laughs, as she gets out of the vehicle.

As they walk into the store, Luna then walks up the counter with Victoria behind it arranging books on the shelf, as Amelia walks around looking at items. And with Laura in the backroom doing a reading, Luna asks Victoria, "Hey! How are things going?"

"Things are good. It's slow today, but I'll take it," Victoria says, as she turns around, and looks at Luna, and then at Amelia. As she watches Amelia, she then looks at Luna, and says, "I see Amelia came with you. Did she want to purchase some things?"

"Nah! I'm good! I'm just here with Luna," Amelia says.

"Well! If you need anything just ask," Victoria says, with a smile.

Luna then looks at Amelia and then at Victoria, and then down at the counter. As she picks up a couple of amethyst rocks, she examines them, and says, "They're pretty! I think I'm going to buy one."

"Are you sure? All this rock is going to do, is heighten your senses even more. You just went under hypnosis. Do you really think that's a good idea?" Victoria says, as she watches Amelia walk up to the counter.

"What hypnosis? What are you talking about?" Amelia says to Luna, as she scrunches her face.

"Laura and I, put Luna under hypnosis a few weeks ago. It was a way to heighten her senses even more. If you must know," Victoria says, as she picks up a cinnamon incense, and smells it. As she then places it in the metal lotus, she lights the incense, and then asks Amelia, "Would you be interested in going under hypnosis? Or don't you believe?"

As Amelia stands there without saying anything for a few seconds, she finally speaks up, and says to Victoria, "Okay! Maybe, I believe about the psychic vision a little bit, but I'm not too sure about the witchcraft!"

"Well, you should! What about a reading? Would you like a reading?"

"That's okay! I'll pass on the hypnosis and the reading!' Amelia says, as she leans on the counter.

"Okay! When you're ready, please let me know," Victoria says.

"Thanks! I'll remember that!" Amelia says with a smile.

With them standing at the counter talking, Luna then see's Geo appear in her space for a few minutes. And as she turns towards him, she tries to read him, and she senses that something is different because he's in her space a lot longer than usual. As he disappears, she then turns towards Victoria, who's watching her, and she says, "I'll take the rock."

"Okay! Everything good?" Victoria asks, as she hands her the rock.

As Luna picks it up and examines it even further, she then says, "Yeah! Everything's good! How much?"

"It's for you! It's a gift. You don't have to pay me," Victoria says.

"Are you sure?" Luna says, as she puts the rock in her purse. As she looks over at Amelia, and then over at Victoria, she then says, "Thanks. We're heading home. I'll call yeah!"

"Okay! Sounds good! I'll talk to you later," Victoria says, as she watches Luna and Amelia walk out of the store.

As they get in the car, Luna then drives over to Amelia's, and pulls into her driveway, and looks at her house. Watching her family through the living room window, she smiles, and says, "You have a nice family."

"Thanks! I don't plan on moving anytime soon. I've got it made. Besides all that! I can't believe that you went under hypnosis, and you didn't tell me."

"Yeah! It's no big deal! Just didn't tell you because I didn't want to get into all the graphics."

"Well! I'm interested to know about it. We'll have to talk about it later," Amelia says, as she gets out of the vehicle, and walks up to the front door.

"Okay! I'll see you at work," Luna says, as she sticks her head out the window.
