Well, here goes nothing. I'm stuck in a car with a stranger, not just any stranger. Fedorov. This woman has so many connections, she gives my internet router a complex. I sassily turn to her, crossing my legs and smacking my thighs in defiance.
"So, tell me." I speak up, but am met with silence and only their eyes that side-eye me while their hands remain on the steering wheel. "How much did you cough up this time?"
"Don't you know it's rude to be nosy?"
Is she.. serious!?
"Rude or not, I'll take my chances since i'm the one being tossed around like a piece of meat." I hiss back without hesitation. They roll their eyes and let out an annoyed sigh.
"Four."
"Hundred?" We reach a streetlight which gives them time to turn to me. Those piercing eyes make mine lock in place, unable to look away.
"Thousand."
My heart sank faster than a rock. Four thousand!?
"Hm. Acceptable." I try to act like it was no big deal, but deep down I was freaking out.
"Is it now?" She replies unphazed.
"Mhm." I cross my arms and look out the window.
"How much is your best price then?"
I have none, four thousand is already too much!
"At least six thousand." I reply trying my hardest to remain smug and unimpressed, knowing damn well my answer was ridiculously unrealistic.
"Is your pussy made out of fucking gold or what?" She mocks. "Does it grant me fucking wishes if I rub it long enough?"
"Bold of you to assume you'll get anywhere near it." I scoff. With a slight nod of her head, she leans back into her seat and lets out a low chuckle.
"Technically, i already did." She replies with the most self-satisfied smirk. She knows she has won this one and isn't afraid to show it, her lips curling in a triumphant grin.
I roll my eyes so hard, I'm almost certain I've sprained an eyebrow.
"Tell me," she suddenly says, catching my attention. "What do you want? Not that I'm particularly interested, but politeness protocol demands that I ask."
To go home.
"Take it easy, wouldn't want you getting all exhausted from playing the holy mary." I reply with a biting wit and a sly smirk. I can hear their chuckle under their breath, it's deep and silent but i can hear it very lightly.
"Food."
"Food?"
"What do you want for dinner? Is it too much to ask that you think for yourself? Seriously, how dense are you?"
The audacity of this person.
I scoff in reply and roll my eyes looking out the window. I'm spending the whole night with them? Lord, help me overcome this trial.
"Anything?"
"Anything."
"Of any price?"
I sit in contemplation, my gaze focuses on my lap while my fingers idly toy with a lock of my hair. "The pizza place two blocks further."
"Out of all the places you could choose, you want a fifteen dollar pizza?."
"Is that a problem?"
She shakes her head in disbelief, leaning on the armrest to their left and covering her mouth and chin with one hand in amusement.
