I'm sorry, but I don't have the motivation to finish writing this story. As some of you know, I'm no longer as interested in Sanders Sides as I used to be. I've been writing fanfiction for the fandom for over four years now, and have been publishing it for around three years. I had a good run, and while I'd like to finish my final story for this fandom, I just can't find the motivation for it no matter how much I try.

I do feel bad for leaving it at that so I'll give you a detailed version of the storyline I have left, there wasn't much left.

Chapter 36:

All of them manage to escape to the forest and meet up with the dragon witch. Logan and Patton freak out of course, and Roman isn't all too happy about it either, but Virgil calms them down. Remus thinks it's cool.

He tells them everything that has happened since he was taken, properly introducing them to the dragon witch and Kayden. Roman and the other three tell Virgil and Janus everything that has happened since they left. Remus punches Janus for everything that has happened, and the dragon witch heals Roman's leg completely.

Virgil decides to take back the town.

Chapter 37:

They sneak into Nico's and Thomas's home to get them out of there. Their home is surrounded by guards so the dragon witch uses her magic to sneak them in. The two of them are given a short summary of what's happened as they try to get them out of there. But before they could leave the house they are caught and a fight ensues. Janus at some point saves Nico and redeems himself to Remus.

Virgil decides to lead the hunters away from town so he and the dragon witch do just that, creating a large commotion to get all of the hunters to see them. The dragon witch turns into a dragon once more and leads them to the castle, Virgil on her back, leaving the humans behind.

Roman doesn't want him to fight alone so he takes Guinevere and follows after them.

Chapter 38:

Fox and the other hunters return to the castle to see scorch marks all over the ground and several hunters hurt or dead, picking themselves up. They tell him that a dragon witch attacked, and it is revealed that the prisoners escaped. That's when they see the dragon witch and Virgil approaching the castle once more.

Virgil and the dragon witch get into the castle by crashing through the mosaic window once more. It seemed like the room was being turned into another armory, so Virgil grabs a sword and leaves the room. The dragon witch follows and the two fight off the hunters together.

Virgil makes his way through the castle, both stair ways are blocked so he jumps from the banister and flaps his wings to slow his fall, learning how to use them to fly. He lands hard and gets back into the fight as Fox rushes into the castle.

The two of them get into a fight and Virgil uses his powers to have plants come through doors and windows, wrapping around hunters and getting them out of the way. Virgil wins the fight against Fox and stabs him. However before he dies, Fox yells for bombs to be detonated. Virgil only has a moment to question it before explosions start erupting around the castle.

The dragon witch grabs him and surrounds the two of them in a thick wall of plants to protect them. It works and once the castle is destroyed she pushes the debris away.

Roman gets there as soon as everything is settled down and calls for Virgil. He's overcome with relief when he sees he's alive and rushes over to him jumping over the debris. Virgil runs towards him as well and they hug, sharing a kiss.

Epilogue:

Years pass and it's shown that Virgil decided not to have his curse removed. He moved in with Roman and everyone has gotten used to him. Thomas is still mayor and the dragon witch is gone since she doesn't want to live with humans.

Janus and Remus are engaged, Janus made the ring himself. Kayden moved in with Janus not long after the fight since he still needs a home. Logan and Patton eventually got married and everyone is moving on with their lives.

Roman and Virgil are reminiscing before Roman proposes to Virgil. Virgil says yes.

Once again, I'm sorry for not being able to finish this. I promise I tried but I just couldn't find it in my. I hope that you still enjoyed what I've written. Thank you for your comments and support!
