"There's the It-Couple," a popular girl named Noelle announced as Jaya and Paxton enter the school.

Since Jaya moved in with Indra, her fashion has changed. She's still best friends with Fabiola and Eleanor, she sometimes talks to Devi, she always talks to Kamala. She's now wearing a plant skirt, a right low cut long sleeve under a leather jacket that Rebecca made her, and some converse. Her hair is in its natural wavy and bouncy form. She's filled out to her popular look now that she is rich and is dating the hottest boy in school and she hands with him and his friends and Fabiola and Eleanor sometimes join, if Zoe isn't there, the same

"I need another friend."

"Don't you have my guys, Fabiola, and Eleanor?" Paxton doesn't include Devi and Kamala because they are Jaya's cousins.

"Yes, but I want more," Jaya says. "I only had one friend on Guthrie."

"Oh, babe, you have a lot now."

"Yo, Lil' J!" Trent bellows when Jaya and Paxton enter History.

"Hey, T," Jaya greets and she shuffled his hair.

"Hey!" Trent whines. "I spent..."

"Five minutes messing it up yourself," Jaya says and Trent rolls his eyes.

"You know me too well," Trent says.

Jaya smiles and she goes to sit down. There is a new student and she's Indian.

"Hey, what's up?" the girl asks as Jaya and Paxton sit beside each other and Devi stands beside her desk that's behind Jaya. "I'm Neesa. I transferred from Toluca Prep."

Devi moves and she sits behind her cousin.

"... I play soccer..."

"Oh, for real?" Trent speaks up, a,ready forgetting about Jaya messing with his hair. "What position?"

"Defense," Neesa replies.

"Checks out," Trent says. "She's legit."

They find out that she's Muslim, Arabic. Shapiro ends up calling her Devi and then Jaya.

Neesa's desk is in front of Paxton because it's the only one available.

"Hey," Jaya greets as she sits with the new girl and a group of girls as she bails on Paxton and the guys. "I'm Jaya Singh."

"Hi!" Aneesa greets. "I'm Aneesa."

Jaya smiles and they start talking since Jaya is going to be showing her around. They also share the same schedule. The same with Devi but she refused.

"So what should I know about Sherman Oaks High?" Needa asks Jaya as they walk together. "Who do we love? Who do we hate? Is it safe to drink from the water fountains?"

"Drinking from the water fountains is a hard no," Jaya says. "You turn them on and the hallway will smell like gas, farting gas."

"So, what kind of things are you into?"

"I'm leader of the tutoring club here," Jaya says. "I am also pretty smart. I'm currently dating the captain of the swim team Paxton Hall-Yoshiba. I love cooking. I love, love, love chicken curry with the spicy orange sauce. I like it and rice together."

The two talk. Devi watches from down the hall, raging with jealousy. Jaya has always wanted an Indian friend who wasn't her cousins and now she has one.

Jaya walks her into a class and greets the teacher, Mr. K. He's the English teacher and the girls soccer coach. Devi is jealous again when she enters the class and sees Neesa and Mr. K talk.

"Hey, Jaya!" Neesa wall soccer to the girl at her locker. "Thanks for helping me get my bearings today. You know, it's actually cool to have another Indian classmate for once."

"I've always wanted another Indian friend who isn't my cousins," Jaya says. "Wanna come over later? I'm gonna tutor Paxton. We can hang, too."

"Yeah!" Neesa replies excitedly.

"Neese seems cool," Paxton says to Jaya as they go to school the next day.

"Yeah, she really is," Jaya says. "My uncle loved her." She hums. "I want some Jollibes spaghetti."

Paxton goes into his bedroom and finds Jaya passed out with a slice of pizza in her hand. He calls Indra and tells him that Jaya fell asleep. Indra tells him no funny business. Pax lays beside her and he plays on his phone until Jaya ends up cuddling up to him. He takes a picture and posts it on Instagram and tags her in it.

Aneesa, Eleanor, and Devi all like it. Paxton puts his phone down and he holds her.

When Jaya wakes up it's two in the morning.  Paxton is on his back watching tv.

"Hey," Paxton greets.

Jaya smiles. "Hi."

Jaya's eyes trail down his body and she sees him in his boxers. She's seen him in these before. She remembers some videos she looked up the night before last and she reaches out to touch him. Paxton watches her hand touch his private area and she hesitates.

"Do what you're comfortable with," Paxton says.

Jaya rubs him over his boxers and Paxton bites his him. She pulls his boxers down and she winces at the size. Good thing she's not losing her virginity her. She's not ready for that. She does, however, grab him and Paxton inhales sharply.

"Don't stop," he says as she pauses. "That feels good. Tighten your grip a little."

Paxton reaches down to help her and he uses his other to pull her into a deep, simmering kiss and he actually moans a little.
