I awoke in tall grass not too far from small crater. I suppressed my presence and slowly snuck out of the tall grass. I peeked over the crater mound, seeing if Hinata was there. She wasn't here. I sighed with relief as flopped to the ground.
"I thought I was a goner!" I whimpered.
Suddenly I saw Ranga jump out of my shadow, landed on his feet and then bolted towards me. He nudged me with his nose, making me chuckle.
"I finally made it out. Are you all right, Kagome?!" Ranga whimpered. "Kagome! Kagome! Kagome!" He started to lick my face uncontrollably.
"I'm fine! I'm fine, really!" I laughed, ruffling his fluffy face. I was glad I made a doppelganger when she was fighting Ifrit. She is insane. Even with that "disintegration" skill she used against my doppelganger. I felt my body shiver as I remembered it. It made me wonder if Milim could survive that.
"That damn Hinata!! She wouldn't even listen to me! She just had to start a fight!" I grumbled.
"I don't know what happened, but I think it's fair to say you won, Kagome!" Ranga smiled, panted and wagged his tail.
"Right?! I mean, if Hinata really insists, I'm willing to call it a draw..." I laughed, making myself feel a little better.
"I don't know what happened, but I think it's fair to say you won overwhelmingly, Kagome!" Ranga repeated.
I blushed and cleared my throat. "Anyway, we gotta hurry home!" I looked up to Ranga. "I'm worried about everyone." I jumped and landed on Ranga's back. "To Lunaria!"
"Yes!" Ranga shouted as I activated the Spatial Movement.... well tried to. We both flinched and was wondering why it wasn't working.
"What's wrong?"
Notice. Specified destination not found. Great Sage told me.
"What?!" My heart clenched with worry. It felt like I was suffocating.
It appears Lunaria had been isolated from the rest of the world by some sort of barrier.
"Not good." Is there any place near Lunaria that we can jump to?
Searching. She paused. I have a hit.
"Great! Off we go!" I shouted, allowing Great Sage activate the skill with the destination in mind. We were suddenly teleportated to the place she marked.
We soon appeared in a familiar place, it happened to be in Veldora's cave. I glanced around, finding us on top of the teleportation stone.
"Oh! Lady Kagome!" Gabiru shouted.
I turned my head to the small group in the cave. It was being my led by my mate, Souei. I felt my tears form as I launched myself off Ranga using my demonic speed and engulfing him into a hug. His body shook as he held me in his arm, gently taking in my scent. As we embraced, I saw everyone else kneel down.
"I'm so glad you are safe." Souei sighed with relief as he ran his clawed hand through my hair. Only when did I feel something wet and warm made me pull out of his embrace. The smell of blood made me focus on my mate.
His main body was worse for ware. His right shoulder was bleeding, many cuts and blood was splattered over his face. I gasped as I pulled up my healing reiki. My hands engulfed in the blue light and then enveloped my mate. I could see his body slowly heal.
