You walked around the island looking for something to do. We had finished the challenge and voting for today. The votes had come between your girlfriend, Candle and Goo but Goo was the one voted out. It's a shame, really. He was a good contestant but that 'film' he put on was horrid and it costed us the challenge.

Anyway, everybody was doing their own thing and you were bored. You decided to go and see what Candle was up to. She is your girlfriend after all. You looked around until you finally spotted her. She was meditating on the grass with her eyes closed. You carefully approached her to not disturb her, but it seems that she sensed you or something.

"Hello, (O/n)." She said calmly. "Care to join me?"

You nodded and sat next to her on the soft, green grass. Now, you wanted to ask her how her day was going but here's the thing. You're mute. Surprisingly, this wasn't an issue for her, and she accepted you for who you are. She really is too sweet for this world. She always seems to know how you're feeling just by looking at you. She treats you like a normal person. You really are lucky to have her.

"So, how are you on this fine night?" She asked.

Since you can't talk, you just smiled and gave her a thumbs up. She seemed to have got the message because she replied with, "Wonderful."

You pointed your finger at her to ask her how her day was going. She closed her eyes and sighed before turning back to you. Is something wrong?

"It's... okay." She sighed. "Just the usual stuff that goes on here, y'know." She chuckled softly. You raised your eyebrow at her to tell her you weren't buying that.

"Alright, fine." She chuckled. "It seems nothing can get past you huh?" You laughed slightly at this. What kind of partner would you be if you didn't notice how your partner was feeling? A bad one for sure.

"It's just..." She paused. "You saw how close I was to getting eliminated." Your eyes widened at this, remembering she was almost voted out, but you let her continue. "I was just thinking what would happen if I was? What would happen to our team? To me? To... us?"

You hugged her. She stiffened at this but immediately hugged back. Of course, you were scared about this too, but nothing has got in the way of this relationship before and a competition sure as heck will not.

You hugged her tighter and placed a soft kiss on her lips. She blushed and kissed back. After a few seconds, you both pulled away due to the lack of air. You smiled softy at her to reassure her you will always be there for her. She smiled back.

"What would I do without you, (O/n)?" She said softly, cupping your cheek.

We were about to go for another kiss until we heard a 'pop' sound behind us. We turned around to see... Floor!? What is he doing here?

"Hey! Uh... what are you guys doing?" Floor asked.

"Do you mind...?" Candle asked, slightly irritated at Floor's sudden appearance during our little moment. You had an unamused look on your face and crossed your arms.

"Oh! Sorry!" Floor said before popping away to bother someone else. What the heck is up with that guy?

"Anyway, back to what we were doing." She said smugly before giving you another passionate kiss. You blushed as both of your lips touched again and pulled away.

We stayed in each other's embrace, taking in each other's presence. You leaned your head on hers as you both watched the sun set. It feels like we are the only two people on this island. Just you and her.

"I love you, (O/n)."

Though you couldn't say it back, she knew you loved her too.
