kurima's pov

I've had a bad feeling about my brother going to his game. I felt nothing good will come out of it. I'm scared he'll die, since he didn't go to a game for so long. Just in 8 hours he'll be leaving to his game. 

My plan with Chishiya and Kuina did go smoothly, nobody suspected us at all. Arisu joined our plan and he was important in one of our steps. 

"Can I come in?" someone said over the door

"Yeah sure." I said and it turned out to be Aguni.

"Is there something wrong?" I asked to him

"Not really, I just wanted to see how you were." Aguni said and went to sit next to me on the bed.

"Well the same like always, I still don't like that dog of yours. But he's getting more bearable." I said and Aguni chuckled

"To be honest, when I first saw him here. I wanted to kill him, his stupid face still annoys me." Aguni said and I laughed

"He's very skilled with his riffle surprisingly, that's the only reason why I still talk to him." Aguni said

"Aguni, I have a question." I said and Aguni nodded

"You know Tak right." I said and he nodded

"He's changing into someone I don't know anymore. He's acting very weird, he's just so much different." I said

"So you see it too?" Aguni asked and I nodded.

"He isn't the same anymore, he's a whole different person. I'm getting worried about him." Aguni said

"I'm worried too, same about you." I said

"Why about me?" Aguni asked

"You've changed too Aguni, but not like Tak. It seems you grew different to everyone, except me I think." I said

"Kurima, this whole new place changes everyone. Nobody stays the same after all these traumatic things here." Aguni said

"I know I know..." I said and I rested my head on his shoulder

"I just wished this never happened. I'm scared of the things that will happen." I said with a sad tone in my voice

"Look Kurima hear my words, i'll always be here for you and protect you. I even swear by it." Aguni said with a soft smile

"Thank you Aguni, you're like the brother I never knew I needed." I said and I hugged him

"And you're like the sister I never knew I needed." Aguni said and we let go of each other

"Aguni, i'm scared for tonight. What if he's gonna die?" I said

"Look your brother is strong and brave. There is a reason why he's the boss of the beach. He's gonna survive his game" Aguni said

"I hope you're right." I said with a soft smile

"I'll be going, don't forget to eat." Aguni said and I nodded.

"Bye." Aguni said and I waved him a goodbye

After a while, I went to go down to eat some food. I got in the lift, until I stopped at floor 3. The door opened and it was Niragi. I held my head up and tried not to look at him.

"Good morning." Niragi said

"Since when do you say 'good morning'." I said 

"I'm just trying to be polite." Niragi said

"Well good morning." I said

"You look beautiful by the way." Niragi said and the door opened. I left and said nothing to him. I went to get food and saw Kuina and Chishiya.
