I passed the ball to Rico and watched as he hit the three perfectly. Tito caught the rebound and instantly passed it to me. I didn't understand why he passed it to me and see all these mothafuckas over here on me.

I stepped back and went up for the three. I watched as the ball swished in. That just turned a nigga up. They tryna guard me with three niggas and I still scored on they greedy ass. That's what's wrong with niggas now. No patience. No actual technique.

We ran down the court and I noticed my man didn't have good handles. I started guarding him before stealing the ball and dribbling down the court. I passed the ball to Tito and watched as he dunked the ball.

I ran over and dapped him up. "DO YO SHIT THEN!"

"These niggas don't have no actual technique. That's why we getting over on them so easy." He said looking over at me as we approached Coach K, I nodded in agreement.

"Y'all gotta keep up this work! Don't get tired and give the game away! Stay locked in! Stay on defense even on offense!" Coach K yelled at us as we stood in the huddle. I folded my arms and listened to everything he had to say soaking in what was gonna help me with my game.

One thing I noticed about playing is that I always have something to listen to and somebody to motivate me. Since I started playing for Coach K, he always dropped jewels that helped me complete my goal during the game. Sometimes I listened, sometimes I put them into my own words that will help me.

The timeout was over and we only had 4 minutes on the clock. I looked up in the crowd as we walked back onto the court. I was trying to find Laila but I couldn't find her. It was so many people I couldn't even see my people but I knew that she was here so that was all that matters.

I couldn't wait till this shit was over so I could see her.

"Ight, let's finish strong!" Tito yelled out to us as we got ready to run the play. The last few minutes of the game were blurry for me. I just remember shooting the ball a lot. I was so into my game that I wasn't focusing on all these people.

I stepped back hitting a three and watched it fall straight in before hearing everybody cheering. All my teammates ran over to me and was jumping on me.

"Kiordre Jones has hit 50 points this game! This is just the second game of his college season!" The commentator screamed into the microphone. I just looked around at everybody cheering. I was thirsty, I needed some water. I walked out with my team and before I could reach the locker room I just heard screams.

"Baeeeee! You that nigga fahreallll!" Laila yelled as she hugged my neck with a wide smile. I kissed her and wrapped my arms around her waist. "I'm so proud of you! I'm so proud of you stinkyyyyy!"

"Preciate you'. I love you." I said holding onto her.

I looked at Duke and Chump and laughed as they shook they heads. "Niggas really just went 50 on these niggas heads yo!" Duke said in disbelief as he dapped me up, I smirked.

"Yeah y'all knew what the fuck was gonna go on! Y'all ain't come down this bitch for nothing." I said hugging Chump. I noticed my Coach calling me over meaning that we had things to discuss as a team in the locker room. "I'll be back."
